Beautiful 2 room comfortable apartment located on the Promenade des Anglais opposite the listed monument of the Palace of Agriculture.
The apartment (32 m²) was completely renovated in 2015 and is located on a high floor in a luxury building.
It has a sea view balcony perpendicular to the Promenade, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room.
Each room has its television / WIFI connection.
The fitted kitchen includes: dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, orange press.

Location is perfect. Very handy to both bus and the tram, easy to get anywhere from St Tropez to Menton and beyond. Apartment is cozy but very well equipped. The bed is extra comfortable. Once I figured out I could close the interior shade at night I slept soundly. Check in with the concierge Florence was easy and informative. Our host was quick to respond to any questions Would definitely stay again if/when we return

A wonderful week for the two of us

Stayed here for an event. Loved the beach access and the kitchen allowed us to cook and enjoy going to the market and planning meals. Tram access and location allowed for easy access to adventure.

The perfect property

This delightful apartment was the perfect combination of location, view, and accommodations. We extended our stay we enjoyed it so much. While small, it had everything we needed plus a balcony to have dinner and drinks with views of the city and Mediterranean.

This is a lovely property in a great location. We enjoyed waking up to a view of the Promenade des Anglais and the beautiful Mediterranean. The galley kitchen was well equipped and functional. The building residents were quiet.

Had a lovely stay at this property. The host was super attentive and replied to messages quickly. The location is ideal if you want to be on the promenade. Grocery stores and a nice bakery all close by. 2 minutes walk from the tram. The apartment is perfect for 2 people and was clean and well maintained. The balcony views are amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Right on the Promenade des Anglais and one block from the Tram Line 2, this charming apartment is cute and quiet. Easy to get anywhere. Close to Casino and Carrefour grocery stores and a very short walk to three well rated boulangeries (tried two), and several corner restaurants (tried one). Appreciated the washing machine as our day trips were long and hot at this time of year. Both the owner and the concierge were communicative and helpful.

Everything was as described and as seen in the photos. clean, and nice furniture, good kitchen for light cooking and with a dishwasher and washing machine. Apartment has also a/c. Balcony gets the afternoon and evening sun. A lovely place to enjoy your breakfast. Check-in was just a bit rushed. Everything was described well. Supermarket Casino 5min walk away, Beach and Tram station 2min walk away. We had a very lovely stay. If we came to Nice, I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.

Charming appartment

Everything was as described and as seen in the photos. Beautifully decorated, spotless clean, nice furniture, good kitchen for light cooking and a washing machine. Big bedroom, bathroom a bit small but a good shower and a window for fresh air. Appartment has also a well working a/c which kept the apt nice and cool during nights. Balcony gets the afternoon+evening sun. A lovely place to enjoy your breakfast. Check-in was smooth. Everything was described well. Supermarket Casino 5min walk away, beach as well. Tram station 2min walk away. A lovely restaurant Brasserie Le Magna 2min walk away. The tram takes you to city center in about 5-7 minutes. We had a very lovely stay ( July, 9 days). For those who are sensitive to noice: you can hear the tram passing by quite well and the road between the apt building and beach is very very busy, from early morning until late evening. It didn't bother us. If we came to Nice, I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again. Thanks of having us!

Ein Augen ernährender Blick

Der Blick ist tatsächlich so, wie er in der Anzeige gezeigt wird. Wir haben ihn vom kleinen Balkon Tag für Tag genossen. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und auch in der Einrichtung gut durchdacht. Den Verkehr hört man bei geöffneten Fenstern oder Türen ziemlich. Wenn sie geschlossen sind allerdings kaum. In der Nähe ist ein Parkhaus, das pro Woche derzeit ( 9/22) rund 92 EUR kostet. Ansonsten muss man mit dem Parken Glück haben. Bus und Tram sind ganz in der Nähe. Ebenso der Strand. Kiesstrand.

Petite hochwertiges Apartment

Das Arpartment ist klasse, und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. In der Küche wurde stellenweise neu investiert ( waren letztes Jahr schon da 😀). Das Haus ist enso hochwertig (RFID-Schlüssel, Kamera, Marmor…..) Der Balkon ist top, die Aussicht ein Traum. Die Lage für Supermarkt (Casino), Tram und Bus perfekt. Magnan ist ein schönes Viertel, nah im Zentrum und leicht gehoben. Der Strand ist nie zu voll, immer sauber. Nizza ist eine tolle Stadt….wir kommen wieder!

By The Beautiful Sea & The Beautiful Tram

Claire's apartment is exactly as advertised. Lovely sea views from the balcony and only a one minute walk to the tram and three quick tram stops to all of the hot spots (and more congested spots) of Nice. If you' like walking, it's a gorgeous twenty five minute max walk along the water to Plaza Rossini and about two thousand restaurants in Old Town. You will be in the Magnon neighborhood, which is very safe, but not as old world French looking as other areas. However, there's an excellent restaurant less than a minute's walk away, plus a nice Casino grocery store, and a bakery that will have you searching for roomier pants. Claire's place is a very sold value for the price at a prime location that's literally right across the street from the gorgeous Mediterranean.

Toller Blick vom Balkon, auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzbar. Geschmackvoll, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Nur das Schlafen auf der Klappcouch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

changement de lit impératif

Accueil chaleureux de Florence, avec toutes les explications utiles sur l'appartement et les environs. Très bonne situation géographique et vue sur la mer. Par contre grosse déception quand je découvre le canapé convertible peu confortable qui sert de couchage alors que la chambre est suffisamment grande pour recevoir un vrai lit. C'est vraiment dommage.
