Large character villa from 1912 completely renovated on 3 levels, with sea views on all floors. On the ground floor a living dining room and a large fitted kitchen. On the upper floors 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have private bathrooms and a small living room with a convertible sofa. The living room opens onto a large garden with terrace equipped with an outdoor lounge and a Weber barbecue. Grands Sables beach (supervised) 5 mins walk and quiet coves nearby. Hiking trail on the wild coast to the charming port of Doëlan. Shops and restaurants close to the house.

Maison agréable proche de la mer

La maison et son jardin sont très agréables, la plage à 5 min. Bons équipements, accueil et propreté impeccable. Quelques endroits de la maison restent encore visiblement à rénover (wc de l'entresol, verandas d'accès au jardin) mais tout à fait pratiquables en l'état! Nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour dans cette location.

Ravi de notre séjour

Belle propriété avec un très bon accueil à l'arrivée et au départ. Très bonnes prestations que ce soit au niveau des lits qui sont faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes de toilettes fournis et même le gel douche! La maison est très agréable avec un beau jardin fleuri. La plage est en bas de la rue avec ses petits commerces. Endroit très calme.

Bel ensemble, beaux volumes, bien décoré, cuisine très bien équipée, jardin agréable, chambres sur la rue principale du bourg, sur une portion sans dos d’âne.

Belle demeure, accueil et propreté à améliorer

Belle maison hormis les toilettes au niveau de l'escalier: très froid et humide (sol trempé) en raison de la non isolation des fenêtres. L'accueil à l'arrivée par une personne peu aimable qui a énuméré de multiples mises en garde sur les objets à ne surtout pas abimer, comme des robinets, des radiateurs ou autres lampes fragiles, ainsi que l'alarme anti-intrusion à ne pas déclencher. Des injonctions sur l'obligation de rendre la maison propre, alors que nous avons pu constater une propreté approximative de la vaisselle, de la salle de douche du 2ème étage. et de certaines couettes et alèses. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie de qualité. La table de la salle à manger est petite et la quantité de chaises insuffisante pour le nombre de locataires. Nous aurions apprécié une maison chauffée pour notre arrivée.
