Lovely property, relaxing location

A wonderful, modern property for a larger family. Property is in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood and is fantastically supplied with everything you're likely to need (juicer, multiple coffee machines, enough crockery to keep you going through multiple 7 course meals). Table football, boule and the pool all great.

Fabulous stay

House was wonderful, particularly the pool which, thanks to the cover, meant it was still warm and usable on cool and wet days. Julien was very helpful and super friendly. Only slight downside was that as we were there outside of French holiday time many of the bars and restaurants weren’t open at all, or were at weekends only.

Het huis heeft mooie kamers en een heerlijke schuifpuien die open kunnen naar terrassen en zwembad zodat buiten echt binnen komt. Heerlijke, goed uitgeruste, keuken!

In diesem schönen Haus stimmt einfach alles! Es ist geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet und nichts fehlt, um angenehm darin zu leben. Es gibt z.B. 2 Tische für 10/12 Personen mit Stühlen, innen und außen. Der Pool ist super und kann auch als Hallenbad benutzt werden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Dorf, Strand und Umgebung sind wunderschön, Lage und interessante Ausflugsmöglichkeiten reichlich vorhanden. Julien, der Patron, ist sehr liebenswürdig und reagiert auf jede Anfrage sofort. Sorgloser Urlaub! Mit der Agentur haben wir keinen direkten Kontakt erreichen können, das fanden wir etwas schwierig.

Nous avons passé un agréable et excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Très bien équipée, spacieuse avec une magnifique vue sur mer. Propreté irréprochable, la piscine couverte est très plaisante. Aménagements extérieurs au top dans un quartier paisible. La région est propice à de nombreuses ballades et visites. Accueil chaleureux avec une petite attention à notre arrivée. Julien est très arrangeant. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour. Maison moderne et bien équipée. Il faut penser aux buches pour alimenter la cheminée si on veut chauffer la pièce de vie. Vue mer dans toute la maison y compris les chambres. Lever et coucher de soleil sur la mer ; somptueux. Sauna à domicile : luxe suprême. Merci à Julien pour sa disponibilité.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. La piscine chauffée à 28 est couvrable si besoin. Un bonheur tous les jours d'avoir la vue sur la mer et l'ile de groix. Emplacement au calme à 10 min à pied de la plage, idem pour aller au petit centre ville. Propriétaire très sympathique Bref c'était parfait pour notre groupe avec enfants et ados

Vacances en famille parfaites

Nous avons passé deux semaines en vacances en famille absolument parfaites. Le Pouldu est une petite station sans prétention et très agréable. Du calme, de la nature, des plages pas bondées, peu de voitures. La maison correspond à l’annonce en tous points. Très bien équipées et facile à vivre. La piscine chauffée et couvrable est un grand plus, permettant aux enfants de se baigner même quand la météo ne s’y prête pas. Le propriétaire et la manager sont très abordables et sympas. Rien à redire. Je recommande fortement.

Lovely house, fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence Lann March and Julien was very helpful and courteous at all times. The property is excellent and had everything we needed for two young families. The kids especially loved the pool! The location is fantastic with access to local beaches and towns within easy reach. We would definitely stay there again in future.
