Nice new apartment of 60 m2 in ground garden, clear view, neat and contemporary decoration in individual chalet. Ideally located in a quiet area of ​​the village 100m from shops and 300m from the gondola ski area of ​​La Plagne / Paradiski.
You will have available 3 rooms including:
a living room with sofa bed (140x190) open on the kitchen fully equipped with all the small appliances, a room with a queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room equipped with a washer / dryer , another bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) with en-suite shower room.

Wonderful chalet in a beautiful area

The chalet is perfect, and Stephanie made us so welcome. Everything is spotless, and she is always on hand for advice and help. We loved having the quiet garden to relax in after a day’s walking in the Vanoise.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views

We spent a week in this apartment in April and had an amazing time. The apartment was just perfect for our family of 4. It is an exceptionally well presented, modern apartment with everything we could have wanted. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay, and access to the property is easy. The kitchen has everything you need, we cooked in most nights and couldn’t fault anything. The showers were powerful and hot, the beds are very comfortable and the parking space right outside was perfect. There is a supermarket and boulangerie within a few minutes walk, and access to La Plagne on the gondola is a few minutes away also. We would not hesitate to return.

Absolutely wonderful!

Stéphanie was really welcoming, the wine and cheese in the fridge on arrival was a lovely gesture. The accommodation is well thought out and everything has been considered to make your stay comfortable. The views and garden are a great bonus, with seating outside and a large ski locker. It is about a 9/10 minute walk to the gondola in ski boots each morning and a little less back to the apartment at the end of the day as this is downhill! The apartment is on a quiet road but easily accessible to walk into the village or to the local bakery (literally 2 minutes) or Sherpa supermarket. We have loved our stay at Le Cairn - thank you Stéphanie, we will be back! Jo, Andrew, Millie & Ben

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Garten, gute Ausstattung und freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Besitzerin. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit viel Sonnenschein und da die Wohnung nach Südwesten ausgerichtet ist, kann man selbst im Winter im Garten sitzen und sie genießen. Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber und bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht, was man während seines Aufenthaltes brauchen könnte. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und mit schöner Bettwäsche bezogen. Unsere Kinder im Teenager-Alter waren begeistert von ihrem eigenen Badezimmer und den getrennten Einzelbetten. Da wir Ski gefahren sind, haben wir die kurze Distanz zur Bergbahn sehr geschätzt: es geht zwar steil berghoch, der Weg ist aber in wenigen Minuten zu bewältigen und die Skiausrüstung kann man in den Schließfächern der Bergbahn lassen, sodass man sie nicht hin- und hertransportieren muss. Stéphanie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich große Mühe gegeben, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten: Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bien de qualité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons le logement de Stéphanie. Tout y est propre et de qualité. L'aménagement rend le logement très confortable et pratique à vivre. Le jardin, orienté ouest, prolonge agréablement le logement et permet de manger et jouer dehors. Enfin, Stéphanie est une hôte très sympathique, disponible et réactive.

Apparemment parfait super cosy !

Très bel appartement, vraiment cosy et nous avons même eu l’impression qu’il était plus grand que en photo, très bien équipe et la communication avec la propriétaire a est très bien passée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et nous y retournerons certainement !

des vacances mémorables

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique gite, tout y est bien pensé et agréable, rien ne manque, Stéphanie est une hôte remarquable, attentionnée, nous avons profité au maximum de nos vacances ensoleillées, le jardin bien équipé est un plus, j'ai déjà donné l'adresse à une amie et nous nous sommes largement inspirés des petits livres de randonnées mis à disposition pour découvrir les belles montagnes environnantes, vraiment un très beau séjour, merci beaucoup, merci pour tout

Fantastische week in Champagny

We hebben een prachtige week gehad in Champagny! Het appartement van Stéphanie is een echte aanrader. Heel smaakvol en praktisch ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. Elke slaapkamer heeft een badkamer met een ruime douche en lavabomeubel. Ideaal voor een gezin met tieners of voor twee koppels. Alles was kraaknet toen we aankwamen en in de ijskast stond een flesje wijn en lag een lekker stuk kaas van de streek voor ons klaar. We voelden ons onmiddellijk welkom. Champagny is een rustig en gezellig skidorp. Het centrum en de skilift liggen op wandelafstand van het appartement. Onze auto hebben we de ganse week niet nodig gehad. Bedankt Stéphanie voor de warme ontvangst! Hopelijk tot een volgende keer.

TOP Ferienwohnung

Danke an Stephanie, wir können die Unterkunft und Vermieterin absolut empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Fondue, Raclette, ausreichend Geschirr. Es war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin mehr als freundlich, mit besten englischen Sprachkenntnissen sofern man kein französisch spricht :-) Die Lage ist nahe zum Lift und zu den Geschäften, allerdings ist es ein kurzer, sehr steiler Anstieg, um dahin zu gelangen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Ski für 2,- € pro Tag an der Gondelstation zu belassen, so wird es wesentlich einfacher. Einziger Minuspunkt der Wohnung war für uns, dass es kein deutsches oder englisches Fernsehprogramm gibt, um auch mal Nachrichten zu sehen. Zudem war kein deutschsprachiger Skilehrer verfügbar, es gibt wohl nur einen, den sollte man frühzeitig buchen. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Spitze Stephanie!

Feb 2020 - Skiing trip (party of 3)

The property was ideal for our requirements . The fact that each bedroom had its own en-suite was a strong plus when skiing and the only (small) drawback I could find was only 1 toilet but didn't cause a problem for us. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything provided. The property is about 300m form the cable car but there is a steep hill to get there. Very quiet location and recommended.

Prachtig huis, van alle comfort voorzien.

Last minute gehuurd en fijn snel contact met eigenaresse. Het huis is nieuw, modern en er ontbreekt niets. Fijn met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Afstand tot gondel paar minuten lopen, via steil weggetje. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, we hebben genoten en komen vast nog eens terug. Rented last minute, great and quick email contact with owners. House is new, modern and is more than complete. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is great! Distance to skilift is a short 8 minute walk, by a bit steep road. Very warm welcome, we enjoyed our stay very much and we will probably return here.
