Newly constructed, clean modern design. Mountain and valley views of golf course and Eagle River. 20 minutes to Vail, Beaver Creek is 15 minutes away.

Open-concept second floor living area with huge deck for sunny breakfasts with great views. Fireplace and sofa on 2nd floor, plus 1/2 bath. Flat screen tv with Direct TV. Full kitchen with new stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare meals.

2 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom provides privacy and cozy restful nights. One king room and one queen room.

Amenities include: gas grill, full-size washer/dryer, plenty of parking space, 35 acres to wander with your dog. Wildlife regularly in the yard. AT&T and Sprint phones/data plans work well, but not Verizon nor T-Mobile. No landline phone provided. Free good wifi.

Mountain Aerie

Wonderful stay. Views were spectacular. The home is clean, comfortable and well appointed with tasteful decor. The deck is great. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked to ge a generous size. Would definitely return.

Heavenly Guesthouse With Views

This Guesthouse is perfect for a mountain vacation or a short mountain getaway. The Guesthouse has a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up something quick or if you want to use your gourmet cooking skills on vacation. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and nice linens. But most of all the views are just incredible! When you’re inside you look out onto the most beautiful Colorado Mountains views! Also off the large wonderful deck the views are magnificent! The deck also has a hot tub for relaxation. This guest house is placed in such a way that you have ample privacy. It has it’s own drive to enter , which is off the main driveway. The owners home is up the main driveway just a bit and they are incredibly nice hosts. You feel comfortable contacting them if you have any questions or needs. Thank you Laura & Stefan for providing such a unique wonderful vacation rental. We will be back next year! R & R Littleton, Colorado

Winter Wonderland at Moonflower

We enjoyed our stay at the Moonflower. The views were breathtaking! The house was lovely and the hosts went above and beyond to be helpful. Just a tip for anyone staying in the winter…make sure your vehicle is a 4x4 or that you have chains for your tires.

Stefan and Laura Creaser moved to the mountains after living in Ausin for 20+ years. They love the outdoors, hosting others at their amazing property and traveling the world. Laura, who grew up in Colorado, was a Concierge at a local hotel, and is happy to assist you with any travel activities or restaurant reservations.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the views of the river and golf courses and the elk, deer and other beautiful wildlife we see daily. Laura has been skiing and summering in the Vail area for over 30 years and was so excited to come back forever. Stef, who is English, grew up with mountain loving parents and is happy to have left the heat of Texas. Alex the house poodle loves the mountains and chasing chipmunks.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the views, the privacy and the wildlife. You will feel like you are on your own private ranch in the mountains. There is so much to do in winter and summer. We are a pet friendly property and 420 is ok too, but please respect our home and be safe.
