Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und schön ruhig. Man ist schnell am Strand und Meer. In der Umgebung gibt es viele hübsche kleine Orte und wunderschöne Strände zu erkunden Falls man Fahrrad fahren möchte, ist es schon ratsam ein E-Bike zu nehmen. Die Fahrt zum nächsten Bäcker erfordert einige Kondition wegen der vielen Anstiege. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist geräumig. Das Mobiliar ist ziemlich abgewohnt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und problemlos.

Location agréable. M. Antoniades est charmant et très à l'écoute. Situation parfaite à proximité de la plage de Cap Coz. Emplacement résidentiel très calme. Penser à changer les chaises de la salle à manger, qui ont fait leur temps.

Expérience décevante

Ce logement ne convient pas pour de courts séjours (pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de sacs poubelles, éponge non remplacée d’un visiteur à l’autre). Arrivée prévenue mais l’hôte nous accueille avec 40 min de retard, nous laissant patienter avec notre bébé. Logement très limité en termes d’équipements : plaques ne fonctionnent pas : nous n’avons pas pu nous faire à manger (aucun dédommagement de la part du propriétaire), salle de bain présentant une odeur d’humidité très importante, isolation phonique non adaptée d’un étage à l’autre, literie douteuse (insectes, matelas inconfortables) L’hôte demande à ce que l’on fasse le ménage mais il n’y a aucun produits ménagers dans le logement (normes covid?). Il ne prévoit pas de faire le ménage après nous sous prétexte d’avoir beaucoup de choses à faire. Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement malgré sa bonne localisation.
