There was a general problem with electricity in the entire road so I announced since the first day that I was going to refund the entire stay, even if the electricity was restored in the early hours the day after. The group decided to sleep there for the first night instead of search for another structure, than I assume they were aware of warm temperatures inside and of the darkness (battery lamp and candies were nevertheless provided). I also proposed to welcome the group in our villa on the sea proposing to come with our car to collect luggages and the 4 of them. Due to the fact that the apartment was used, it was normal to charge the fees for the cleaning lady and laundry. I was really sorry to what occurred, totally independent of our willing and did the maximum refunding the entire stay.

After a complete cleaning up for the beginning of the season, the host came one week later than foreseen for she lost her passeport, than she stayed all days long with closed Windows but said it was smelling. Our cleaning lady leaves a few meters below in the road and was very brave to responsab the same day to fix several little problems or so-called problems (when you do not know how to use the remote control or the gaz-oven for exemple) in minutes.

C’était un plaisir d’avoir une famille aussi charmante chez nous, Mirella vous a aussi trouvés adorables. Nous allons réaliser des travaux de rénovation cet hiver, peut-être que vous aurez l’occasion de découvrir lors d’un prochain voyage. Merci encore à vous et au plaisir!

Very nice person, respectful and kind at each discussion we had. We act like sharing the apartment with all the effects for the beach, kitchen, beds, sothat a few cupboards are full, but there are enough cupboards left for the hosts. We try to improve the comfort every year, putting more modern furnitures and devices, sofas and chairs are the next change already planned. We would appreciate another stay of Elisa with her family.

Des personnes exquises et ordonnées, ont laissé l'appartement dans un état impeccable. Avec des échanges sympathiques, c'était un réel plaisir de les accueillir.

Persone molto gentili, la comunicazione è stata molto gradevole. Il gruppo è arrivato in un periodo festivo, in piena estate e durante la festa del paese, si puo' dunque capire che alcune serate siano state un po' rumorose, anche se alcuni vicini hanno fatto delle osservazioni. Sarà un piacere accoglierlo di nuovo.

Hélène et sa famille ont été des locataires vraiment charmants et soigneux, nous avons eu de belles échanges à distance, et Mary, en charge de l'intendance, qui les a rencontrés, en garde un excellent souvenir. L'appartement a été laissé propre et à l'heure convenue. Je les recommande vivement à tout propriétaire qui les accueillerait. Au plaisir de les recevoir à nouveau !
