The cottage is located between the Royan beaches and the Bordeaux vineyards, in the territory of "fine wood" of Cognac, 1 km from the village of St Thomas de Conac (17150) and its shops (grocery store, butcher, hairdresser, bar, ...) and 10 minutes from the ports of the Gironde estuary.

Within a small vegetable farm in Organic Agriculture and animal traction, It is located in a Charentais house of character with a clear view of the surrounding countryside. On a hillside in an environment in the heart of nature, touching the forest, it is at the end of an impasse and on an enclosed ground. There is no road nearby, only the sounds of nature! The only neighbors are rather part of the animal kingdom (horses, donkey, goats, ...).

The enclosed, tree-filled and flowery ground has a barbecue and a garden furniture set.

The ground floor: main living room of around 35m2 with an oval table for meals, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, etc.), a TV lounge with a BZ convertible, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, the first contains a double bed and a chest of drawers and the second three single beds, one of which is a bunk, a bathroom with shower, separate WC.
