Large totally renovated home in Weir’s Beach, ready for your vacation! Next door to our VRBO property 2831428 that sleeps 7, so large groups can book both homes at the same time if available. This home sleeps 11: spacious master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with twin bunk bed, 4th bedroom with full size bed; first floor living room has a self-inflating queen air mattress. Fold-up twin bed available for use on either floor. All new large kitchen- great for family cooking, new appliances. Dining table for 8 plus seating for up to 7 at counter in same area. New furnishings throughout, plus games, books and foosball table! 3 full baths (2 on 2nd floor, 1 on 1st). View seasonal fireworks from the large outdoor back deck with table, chairs, gas grill; outdoor games. Cute large covered side porch for those rainy days or just to enjoy morning coffee. Large yard for kids to play, firepit, outdoor games. Loads of paved parking for boat, trailer, cars.   Enjoy live indoor and outdoor music from venues around corner. This was our 3rd or 4th time here. Great location - 1 minute walk to the pier, Weirs beach, etc.. which the kids love. Plenty of space for everyone, big cozy kitchen and living room area. The perfect family getaway spot.

We had such a nice stay at Christine’s place at Weirs Beach. It is such a welcoming home I loved the little touches like the history of the house and renovations in the welcome binder. Plenty of parking space, bathrooms were small, but well equipped, and the kitchen was great for cooking. The house had plenty of space for three families to spread out and get some breathing room. We had three kids with us and they enjoyed running around in all of the outside space. It was also an easy walk down to the boardwalk for evening arcade visits and afternoon boat rentals. We all enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect Vacation Home

The house is very spacious and inviting. It is much better than the photos can do justice. The location is perfect to just walk out the door and you are right on the boardwalk. There are arcades, food, boat rentals (or tours), ice cream, bars, and even live music practically within arms reach. The beach is a quick walk. You can see it from the upstairs bedroom window (we watched the 4th of July fireworks that are done on the beach from the bedroom with a great view). The yard is spacious enough for the kids (and adults) to play a wiffle ball game, or soccer, while also having a separate space to sit around a campfire and relax (and that is not even to mention the great deck with a grill). I highly recommend this vacation house! Thank you to the owners who were very responsive and accomodating!

Awesome home near Weirs Beach

We stayed in Christine’s home for a bachelorette weekend and it was great. The house was clean and spacious, with a plethora of items for our use which was very convenient! This home is a very short walk to Weirs Beach and the pier, which was beneficial and allowed for us to not travel by car much this weekend. This is one of the best rentals I have been in and would stay again.

Great Place and Host!

Our group had a great time at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and had a nice open floor plan so everyone in our group could interact with one another. The house was amazing! There were so many included details that helped make our stay incredible- the wagon, the fire pit, the foosball table! The first thing everyone said when they walked in was how great the house was and how impressed they were that I found it! The house was clean, Christine was responsive, and they had everything we could need in the perfect location.

Why they chose this property

When we first walked the area around this house we loved the quaint cottages. We easily made our way to the beautiful lake, sat on the boardwalk, and saw all sorts of activity in town. This house had a comforting feel to it inside, a large yard and "barn". It was on a street that was just a touch away from the main activities. We could still hear the local music playing in the backyard! It was all so enjoyable. We were new to reno work, so we dove in and started to update this 1940's cottage to keep the charm, but to make it new again. At one point it had been converted to a duplex and we wanted to revert it to the original floor plan. We now have photos in a booklet at the house depicting some of the undertakings that we did and finding nice surprises of gorgeous original fir and oak floors!

The unique benefits of this property are the strategic location within walking distance for fun activities, the large paved driveway, and the large open yard with some fruit trees adjacent to the house!
