Spacious New Hampshire mountain waterfront get away house. Boats & private docks
This 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom house includes:
• A private boat dock and a floating dock for fishing, sunbathing and swimming
• 2 Kayaks and a two person canoe available along with assorted life jackets
• Walking access to miles of maintained hiking trails (Mt. Major, Straightback Mountain and more)
• 5 association beaches and a private access association boat ramp if you decide to bring your own boat or jet ski (additional fees, proper licensing and special advance arrangements would apply)
• Wi-Fi and good cell phone reception
• Clean artesian well water
• plenty of parking
• lots of wildlife, breathtaking sunsets, woods and fresh air
We are willing to accept well behaved dogs and of course service dogs on a case by case basis. Please inquire.
Local Attractions include:
• Quaint downtown Alton Bay on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee
• Golfing in nearby Wolfeboro, NH at Kingswood Golf Course.
• Weirs Beach in Gilford, NH
• Gunstock
