Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in dem Haus!Es ist in einer schönen, abgelegenen und ruhigen Lage. Perfekter Startpunkt für Ausflüge aller Art. Es gibt schöne Strände in der Nähe so wie Plage de la Garonne oder Plage des Bonnettes. Empfehlen können wir auch die Schildkrötenpflege- und Aufzuchtstation in Carnoules: Le Village des Tortues. Die Gastgeberin war immer gut erreichbar und gab uns tolle Tipps zur Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs.

Günstig und dafür ganz ok!

Der Empfang durch die Besitzerin war sehr gut & wir konnten flexibel einchecken. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich & nett. Die Lage ist ruhig, Abseits in den Weinbergen. Sehr schön! Es ist keine Villa! Die Beschreibung und die Bilder stimmen nicht ganz. 1. Man ist in der Unterkunft nicht alleine. Im Keller befindet sich eine zweite Wohnung, welche ebenfalls vermietet oder von der Besitzerin genutzt wurde. 2. Das Badezimmer hat lediglich eine Tür. Die zweite wurde zugemauert & nicht gestrichen oder ähnliches. 3. An der Badewanne fallen Fliesen ab, welche provisorisch mit Klebeband gehalten werden. 4. Die Einrichtung in einem der Schlafzimmer ist nicht nutzbar, da die Besitzerin ihn mit Ihren Habseligkeiten gefüllt hat. 5. Im 2. Schlafzimmer ist der Schrank teilweise nutzbar - auch hier lagern Dinge der Vermieterin. Die Kommode ist nicht nutzbar - auch diese ist voll. 6. Die Abstellkammer ist auch voll. 7. Die Küchenschränke sind teilweise mit Nahrungsmitteln, Schubladen mit Unteralgen & Kleinkram. 8. Der Außenbereich ist anders als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die abgebildete Terrasse existiert nicht, dafür gibt es eine auf der Rückseite des Hauses. 9. Auf dem ganzen Gelände liegt verstreut Sperrmüll: Fahrräder, Kindersitze, Kinderwiege, Metallschrott, PKW-Anhänger, Stühle, Tisch, Schuhe... Dennoch war es ein schöner Urlaub. Wir hatten den Eindruck , dass die Besitzerin sonst in dem Haus lebt. Auch war es für unser 8 Monate altes Baby schön.

Ferienhaus Le Pradet

Freundlicher Empfang. Stets bemüht und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Haus mit sehr praktischer Grösse und geschickter Raumaufteilung. Angenehme Terrasse mit sehr bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Ferienaufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Parkplatz am Haus ist sehr praktisch. Etwas außerorts gelegen und damit in einigermaßen ruhiger Lage. Große Auswahl an Stränden mit dem Auto erreichbar. Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bäckereien in großer Zahl vorhanden. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben tolle drei Wochen in dieser wohnlichen und schön gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Küste mit Stränden und stillen Buchten waren gut fußläufig erreichbar und dank der guten Wegbeschreibung der Vermieterin auch leicht zu finden. Die Vermieterin, die im gleichen Haus wohnt, ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zurückhaltend. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
