2 weeks on the French Riviera

Lovely small house with a secluded garden and a beautiful swimming pool and very friendly and helpful owners on site. Convenient for local shops and all the amenities of Bormes-les-Mimosas and Le Lavandou.

Excellent villa 5 star rating

The villa is lovely and the description was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and well equipped. The owners are friendly and very helpful .l I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Based at the bottom of the village of Bormes Les Mimosas there are a couple of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Situated perfectly to explore Le Lavandou Cavalier and Port Grimaud.

A great base for a relaxing holiday

Claudia and Pierre were very warm and welcoming hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is as described and is simply furnished, very clean and well designed to offer privacy within the main garden. The gardens are beautiful and we enjoyed the outside space and using the pool. It was a great base for exploring the area, with shops within walking distance as well as the old part of Bormes, which was very picturesque. Easy to access lovely local beaches and other attractions by car. Many thanks for your hospitality!

A great place to stay

We had a wonderful time staying in Jacques and Claudia's house. They were both so warm and welcoming. They were helpful in advising us how to make the most of our visit and even drove us to the harbour in Le Lavendou to buy fresh fish for supper. The house was perfect and accurate to the description, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed BBQ's and the lovely terrace to enjoy our meals. The garden is very private with a beautiful swimming pool. Local shops and cafe in walking distance, a great restaurant for a special meal (La Rastegue) and wonderful unspoiled scenery and beaches a short drive away. We certainly recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit.

A wonderful place to stay!

Second time in one year we have spend our holiday in this beautiful villa, and again we had a wonderful time with our family. Lovely welcome by the owners who live on the property as well. They are very kind and helpful, but give you all the privacy you need. The villa is very clean and good maintained. A cosy place where inside its also very nice to sit on colder evenings (early or late in the year). Good and proper shower and facilities. A private garden with nice relaxing chairs. And the garden with flowers and the pool with salt water is just in one word suberb. We definitely will come back here soon again! Bart & Corinne (The Netherlands)

Une très belle adresse

Claudia et Jacques qui nous ont accueillis sont des personnes charmantes et bienveillantes. Le jardin paysagé un havre de paix magnifique qui est doté d'une splendide piscine. séjour confortable et reposant

J'ai passé un très bon séjour avec mon fils âgé de 18 ans à Bormes-les-Mimosas pendant les vacances scolaires de Pâques 2025. Le logement est spacieux, bien aménagé avec un joli extérieur et très confortable. Il est calme, à proximité des commerces pour se ravitailler (10 mn à pied) et proche de la mer en voiture. Kleine Oase in Bormes

Am Ankunftstag wurden wir sehr herzlich von Claudia und Jacques empfangen. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Der Garten mit dem kleinen Pool, Obstbäumen und Kräuterecke war eine kleine Oase. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein kleines Paradies mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, der mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang der Gastgeber begonnen hat. Das Haus ist sehr schön im unteren Teil von Bormes-les-Mimosas gelegen. Von hier aus kann man grandiose Strände besuchen und auch tolle Ausflüge machen (z.B. nach Saint Tropez). Wir haben den Pool ausgiebig genutzt, aber auch die schönen verschiedenen im Garten verteilten Sitzplätze haben wir geliebt. Das Haus selber ist sehr gemütlich, mit einer guten Küche ausgestattet und sehr schön dekoriert. Es fiel uns nicht leicht nach einer Woche wieder wegzufahren und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem traumhaften Domizil mit herrlichem Garten und Pool! Jeder kann dort auf seine Kosten kommen. Unsere beiden Kinder haben vor allem den tollen Pool sehr genossen und die Möglichkeit, dort auch noch abends baden zu können. Außerdem sind verschiedene Strände mit dem Auto sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Parkplätze haben wir immer gut gefunden. Das Meer ist herrlich klar und sauber. Das französische Vermieterehepaar ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wer möchte, bekommt Tips bzgl guten Restaurants oder z.B. wann der provencalische Markt ist ( auch sehr zu empfehlen). Ansonsten halten sie sich sehr zurück und im Hintergrund. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen. Fußläufig ist alles, was man braucht: sehr gut bestückter Supermarkt, sehr gute Bäckerei und Konditorei mit großer Auswahl, Fleischerei und Apotheke etc.. In der Fleischerei gibt es auch fertig zubereitete provencalische Spezialitäten, auch Fisch, sehr zu empfehlen ( boucherie du pin). Unbedingt probieren! Ansonsten verfügt das Ferienhaus sowohl über einen eigenen Grill sowie Elektrogrill bei der Sitzgruppe. Wir werden wiederkommen und bedanken uns herzlich! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! SuperSSupermar

Bormes-les-Mimosas

Das Ferienhaus, in dem wir die beiden Pfingstferienwochen 2024 verbracht haben, war sehr angenehm. Bei den "Maisons de Pierre" handelt es sich um ein Doppelhaus. Ein größeres, das etas näher am Pool liegt und ein kleineres. Das Wohnhaus der Eigentümer befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück und liegt dem Pool am nächsten. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist überaus charmant und hilfsbereit. Fragen konnten wir jederzeit stellen. Der Austausch war angenehm unkompliziert. Angenehm ist auch, dass Bäckerei und weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte fußläufig keine zehn Minuten enfernt liegen. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 10 bis 15 Minuten - je nach Verkehrsaufkommen. Wir haben erholsame Tage im Ferienhaus in Bormes-les-Mimosas verbracht und können es empfehlen.

Site idyllique malgré quelques réserves

1 - l'appartement est sensé être équipé en wifi, mais le hic est que celle-ci est seulement accessible dans le jardin côté propriétaire (jardin dont nous pouvions disposer, il est vrai) 2 - Nous découvrons la veille de notre départ que, malgré le prix élevé de la location, le ménage (50€) n'est pas inclus dans celui-ci. Il n'est pas non plus mentionné sur le devis;

Au sujet de la wifi elle a fonctionné parfaitement jusqu’à votre arrivée ( les locataires précédents peuvent le confirmer ) . Malheureusement suite à des conditions météo défavorables nous avons eu un problème , problème actuellement résolu par une entreprise spécialisée . Au sujet des frais de ménage ils sont parfaitement indiqués sur le site dans la rubrique “ hébergement “ . Si vous vous étiez donné la peine de lire le règlement intérieur cela vous aurait évité cette appréciation désagréable.

Beautiful house & garden

Pierre and Claudia were very welcoming and on hand should you have any problems and ready to help. Local shops and amenities 5 min walk. Lovely clean, well equipped and comfortable, air conditioned house with use of shared salt water swimming pool and beautifully kept garden. We enjoyed our time staying at the house and exploring the area by car. Many thanks for your hospitality.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines chez Claudia et Pierre, tout a été parfait. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons adoré ce séjour, au calme et dans un bel endroit. Très beau séjour à Bormes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa pleinement conforme à la description et aux photos. Les propriétaires sont charmants et pleins de bons conseils sur la région. Le jardin est très agréable, bien arboré et la piscine est parfaite avec des enfants. La maison est comme neuve et bien équipée, les chambres à l’étage très confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. La localisation est parfaite avec commerces à proximité et les plus belles plages de la région ne sont qu’à une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Nous reviendrons!

Toller Urlaub in herrlicher Unterkunft!

Zu Dritt haben wir Ende August/Anfang September zwei wundervolle Wochen im Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Die Unterkunft hat alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Sie bietet alles um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen. Der gepflegte Garten und Pool laden zum Verweilen ein und ergänzen das schöne Domizil. Bäckerei, Metzgerei und kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Claudia und Pierre! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
