About this property

New Villa with Private Heated Pool Near Beach San Cyprien and Cala Rossa

Hello and welcome to our home.
We offer for rent our villa of new construction (2019) of 66 m2.
(Our C4 Picasso may be available for hire at Figari Airport)

It consists of a living / dining room of 30 m2 (with a large bay window) fully equipped:
-Tv Samsung UHD 127 Cm curved,
- Corner sofa with integrated relax chair,
-Table with 6 chairs.

From a fully equipped kitchen:
- Induction hob,
- Multifunction oven,
- Microwave Grill,
- Combined fridge,
- Dishwasher,
- Washing machine 9KG.

There are 2 bedrooms:
The first is equipped with a large bed of 160x200cm and a large dressing room.
The second can have either:
- 3 beds of 90X190cm,
- or a king bed 180X190cm and a 90X 190cm bed.
It also has a large dressing room.
The mattresses and pillows are brand new and EMMA MATELAS (elected product of the year 2018)

A bathroom with walk-in shower awaits you, washbasin with mirror and integrated light.

The villa is located in a private wooded and fenced off wall with gate.
You will have the exclusive enjoyment of a terrace of 65m2 wooden with a private pool in the middle and heated to 28 ° (see period) 7mX3m and equipped with a roller shutter at the water's edge for the safety of the youngest.

A yard that can accommodate two vehicles is present.

Cala Rossa beach is 1km away and San Ciprianu-Saint cyprian beach is 700m away (on foot).

Corsica - Ile de Beaute

New property on small development of similar, it is bright and airy. Open plan with two good bedrooms & beds with great storage and excellent bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas BBQ outside. The garden is simple with a nice pool, most welcome as temperature was somewhat above expected for October. Charlie & Evelyn are pleasant and welcoming hosts with good knowledge of the area. Speaking of which the house is ideally located for the lovely beaches (many of), as well as towns of Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, & Sartene plus trips up into the mountain villages and Cols. Corsica remains one of my favourite islands, do visit.

Excellent séjour dans la villa qui ne manque de rien, comme sur les photos. Proche a pieds d’une épicerie / boulangerie (2 min). Accès à pieds à la plage de cala rossa déconseillé car pas mal de traffic sur la route et absence de trottoir. Accès facile en voiture (2 min).Merci à nos hôtes pour les conseils!

Absolute Empfehlung

Das Haus und die Lage haben uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Es ist ein modernes sehr gepflegtes Haus und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Beschreibung passt in vollem Umfang den Tatsachen. Die Kommunikation bei der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts per WhatsApp war ausgezeichnet. Charlie und Mélanie sind sehr nette Gastgeber, Charlie hat uns umfangreich in das Haus, Pool und Whirlpool eingewiesen und war jederzeit bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Auf unseren Wunsch hat er uns umgehend deutsche Tv-Programme freischalten lassen (natürlich auf unsere Kosten), hat sofort eine leere Gasflache für den Grill ausgetauscht und ein Problem am Induktionskochfeld behoben. Alles in allem eine Top Bewertung. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Maison fonctionnelle avec plages, jolis sites de ballade (piscines naturelles de Cavu) ou activités à proximité - idéal pour famille. La maison est très propre, la piscine et le jacuzzi auraient mérité un nettoyage. Un petit bémol sur l'accueil: le propriétaire était sans doute échaudé par une expérience mitigée avec les locataires de la semaine précédente (quelques dégâts a priori), mais l'accueil était très axé sur les choses à ne pas faire plutôt et sur la crainte de casse plutôt que de veiller à nous faire sentir chez nous. Le texto de bons plans a été apprécié.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool. Das Haus ist zwar in der Nähe von sehr schönen Stränden, aber man kann nicht zu Fuß zum Strand laufen.

Maison très fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Charlie et Mélanie. Leur accueil a été chaleureux et plein de bons conseils, merci à vous. Le spa, la piscine et le soleil: autant d’atouts pour vous déconnecter en à peine 2h! Le terrain clos et le rideau de piscine sont de vrais atouts avec des enfants en bas âge. La situation est top par rapport à Porto Vecchio. Pour la plage, prévoyez de prendre la voiture mais elle est vraiment très belle. Merci à vous 2 et bel été.

Parfait

La maison de Charlie et Mélanie est parfaite pour un séjour près de Porto-Vecchio, c’est un emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région. Fijne bungalow

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in de bungalow. Er is alles aanwezig dat je nodig hebt. Daarnaast is er zowel binnen als buiten gemoeg ruimte. De kinderen hebben vooral genoten van het zwembad. Als ik een nadeel moet noemen, is dat het huis direct aan een doorgaande weg zit. Binnen heb je hier helemaal geen last van. Buiten hoor je het wel, maar het irriteert niet. Nu waren wij ook in het naseizoen en niet in het hoogseizoen. Het direct een weg naar leuke strandjes. Zeker een aanrader en zullen het familie en vrienden zeker aanbevelen.

Schöne Villa mit Pool

Saubere, kleine Villa mit großem beheiztem Pool. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel. Die Matratzen sind in der Tat sehr bequem. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für das tägliche Kochen benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und geben gute, nützliche Ausflugstipps. Außerdem haben Sie noch ein nettes Restaurant in Lecci. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super vacances prêt de Porto-vecchio

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette belle maison confortable et tout équipée. Le piscine, juste après la plage quel délice. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et se rendent disponible. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu pour passer des vacances en amoureux ou en famille.

Une maison très agréable et familiale

Maison récente très pratique et bien conçue. La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréables. Le fait qu'elle soit chauffée est un vrai plus lorsque l'on séjourne hors saison. Elle est bien équipée et sécurisée. Si vous venez avec un enfant en bas âge, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout (chaises bébés, matelas à langer, marche pied et piscine sécurisée) ce qui est très appréciable. Petit bémol pour la route à proximité qui a pu occasionner du bruit dans le jardin durant notre séjour.

Super séjour d’une semaine, la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. La maison est neuve et ne manque de rien. Un emplacement parfait au calme et proche du centre de porto vecchio bonne communication avec les hôtes (qui ont un restaurant également excellent)
