A bright apartment, ideally located on the route du Galibier in a group of 4-star residences "les chalets du Galibier" Ideal for ski departure / return because close to the "Moulin Benjamin" chairlift and the ski school. A free shuttle every 15 minutes in winter to the center of the village with a stop outside the residence. The apartment is located in "chatet 4", on the 2nd floor with elevator.

Covering an area of approximately 45 m2 with a south-east facing balcony, the apartment is ideal for 5 people and consists of an entrance hall with storage cupboard, a bedroom with a double bed with private bathroom (and shower), a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a pleasant and bright living room with fitted kitchen and a sofa bed. TV and DVD player. Wifi available (paid) /

The Valloire resort offers a very varied ski area between 1450 meters and 2500 meters with a link to Valmenier. The ski area offers more than 180 km of piste for each level. In summer, the Valloire resort offers a wide range of activities (via ferrata, climbing, mountain biking, adventure park, hikes, carriage rides or horse riding). The rise of the Galibier by bike remains a great challenge for all. More extreme activities such as rafting, canyoning, hydrospeed, etc. can be booked in the village center (Guides office).

The reception chalet of the residence offers a convivial place with billiards, lounge and fireplace. It also has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam. A bakery service is available as well as the following paid services: rental of sheets and linen, preparation of beds, laundry. Private underground parking is also available

Appartement confortable, très bien situé et bien équipé (pas de four mais on s’en passe aisément). Accueil sympathique. Navette à 2 min à pied, télésiège Moulin benjamin et retour par les pistes à 5min max a pied de l’appartement. La place dans le parking souterrain et un plus surtout avec les grosses chutes de neige.

We hebben goed contact gehad met de eigenaar en werden vriendelijk ontvangen door haar contactpersonen voor het appartement. Het appartement was netjes, compleet en schoon. Binnen 5 minuten lopen sta je op de piste. Vlakbij de rotonde is een leuk restaurant (reserveren!).

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement.Bien pensé avec 2 vraies chambres et une literie correcte, 2 SDB, séjour cuisine suffisamment spacieux, local à ski en sous sol, nous avons adoré.Dee travaux ont été fait dans les parties cosmunes,, résidence bien entretenue..Il reste un seui

Appartement vraiment très bien situé et très confortable, parfais pour une famille.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement deux ans de suite car nous l'avons trouvé très pratique et agréable. La navette gratuite nous emmenant aux départs des pistes passe juste devant, c'est parfait. Excellente expérience, nous recommandons.

Super séjour

Tout s'est bien déroulé dans notre séjour. L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos et en bon état. L'arrivée et le départ se fait avec une personne présente donc aussi très facile. L'appartement est bien situé pour un départ ski aux pieds, le retour est un peu plus compliqué, il faut soit marché un peu (environ 300m) soit prendre une navette. Ceci n'est pas forcément évident avec des enfants en bas âge. Mais pour le reste, tout est parfait!

Vacances au ski

Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. L'appartement est idéalement situé, confortable et très bien équipé. Propreté impeccable. Local à ski au sous-sol et place de parking souterrain. Accès à la piscine compris mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d' en profiter. Nous avons pu réserver les draps et serviettes à la réception. Navette toutes les 15 minutes devant le bâtiment pour aller en centre ville.

Appartement au 2ème étage bien entretenu , proche d'un télésiège et d'un arrêt bus. Bien équipé malgré qu'il manque un four . Dommage que le propriétaire ne réponde plus aux messages ( pour obtenir une facture du séjour ) une fois le séjour terminé.

Apt agréable excentré du centre ville

L’apt est très bien agencé et la surface est bien optimisée, avoir 2 salles de bain dans 45m2 est confortable, le balcon est un plus. Les pistes de ski sont très facilement accessibles depuis le logement. Attention le linge de maison et les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournis comme indiqué sur l’annonce mais les draps sont dispos à l accueil de la résidence moyennant 8€ par lit + 8€ par personne pour les serviettes donc pour 4 prévoir ajouter 56€ au montant de la location. Pareil pour le lave linge indiqué dans la description, il n est pas présent dans l apt mais une laverie est présente dans la résidence. Le bruit des locataires en chaussures de ski dés 8h30 dans les escaliers peut être gênant.

Merci pour votre message. Nous allons effectivement essayer d'être plus précis au sujet des draps etc...afin d'éviter les malentendus. Le balcon est effectivement un chouette plus lors des belles journées. Il est interdit de marcher avec les chaussures de ski dans la résidence, c'est clairement indiqué sur les portes , c'est dommage ce manque de respect pour les autres, vous avez bien raison... Bien cordialement

Prix de la location correspond à la saisonnalité, prestations médiocres notamment sur l hygiène des oreillers... , wifi payante, et drap et serviettes en supplément sinon accueil chaleureux mais cela ne suffit pas pour ce prix

Merci pour votre message et votre remarque sur les oreillers. Nous allons vérifier cela et les changer si nécessaire évidement . Le prix de la location est basé sur le tarif catalogue du " Chalet du Galibier" avec systèmatiquement 10 à 15 % de remise et nous offrons le parking souterrain privé en plus ( fort utile en haute saison). Le wifi est géré par la résidence et les forfaits de connection également. Il en va de même pour les draps ( service proposé pour l'ensemble de la résidence également )..Pareil pour le sauna, etc... L'accueil est effectivement très chaleureux. Bien à vous
