Beautiful property

We both had a wonderful stay. The property host were lovely and extremely welcoming. The garden is massive, superb for children and outside dining. The local area have plenty to offer. We would love to return after brush up on our French skills. Thank you for memorable holiday

Mooi verblijf in Yvias, ruim huis met veel voorzieningen, grote tuin en rustig gelegen.Prima locatie voor het bezoeken van diverse bezienswaardigheden in Bretagne en op korte afstand van de zee. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Enige minpunt was de afwezigheid van wifi.

Mooie vrijstaande grote woning.

Ondanks het minder mooi weer hebben we genoten van dit stukje Bretagne, cote d' Armor, dat voor ons nog onbekend was. Zeer rustige omgeving en mooie natuur. Ontvangst en begeleiding door eigenaar was perfect, zeer warm en aangenaam.

Excellent accueil. Maison propre, fonctionnelle, calme: très agréable. L'immense jardin peut se transformer en terrain de jeu (des jeux d'extérieur sont rangés au garage) ou d'observation: une biche est apparue un matin en limite de propriété !

Très bien situé

Spacieux, très confortable et bien équipé, la maison permet de vivre à plusieurs sans se gêner car chaque pièce dispose d'un bon volume. De nombreux placards répartis dans la maison et une cuisine moderne et bien équipée permettent un rangement optimisé. Les 2 terrasses ont été appréciées lors des barbecues du midi et du soir. Les veillées nocturnes, les repas en famille, les jeux en plein air ont été de bons moments partagés. Nous avons séjourné durant 15 jours en famille et on est tous ravi de notre location de vacances. La qualité de l'accueil et les bonnes relations avec les propriétaires sont également à souligner.

séjour à Paimpol

accueil très agréable des propriétaires , maison charmante pour une location courante mais pas fonctionnelle pour la location PMR au niveau des toilettes ( transfert fauteuil/wc difficile ) salle d'eau impossible de mettre le fauteuil face au lavabo rayon de manœuvre insuffisant à l'intérieur de la pièce . Malgré cela nous avons passé un bon séjour bien cordialement

Accueil très cordial et sympathique des propriétaires avec panier de bienvenu ! Maison avec tout le confort. La galettière est bienvenue ;) Petite suggestion... ajouter une 'très' grande poêle ? Une petite panne (le matériel n'est pas vétuste au contraire !) avec un dépannage express... Merci ! Très bon choix !

Une maison bien pensée avec de très bons équipements. Les propriétaires ont eu une très gentille attention à notre arrivée avec un panier garni de spécialités locales. La maison est d'une grande propreté et parfaite pour 6 personnes... nous la recommandons pour un séjour en Bretagne

Très bon séjour en terres bretonnes

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison très agréable avec un immense jardin et des jeux pour les petits et les grands. Une propreté irréprochable et tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Un panier garni de produits bretons nous attendait à notre arrivée, un geste très apprécié. Nous recommandons vivement !
