Spacious and pretty studio (no bedroom) of 33 m2 located in a secure and guarded residence.
It is ideally located between the sea (Base Nature) and a 10-minute walk from the city center and the SNCF train station. Géant Casino shopping center 800 m.
The cycle path is 200 m from the residence. Ideal for bike rides and for Roc d'Azur participants!
The present equipment: TV (TNT channels), table and chairs, fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave oven, mini oven, 4-burner electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilets.
Sleeping: a sofa bed with new mattress 140 x 190 cm
