The apartment is located in a 64-unit residence with an outdoor swimming pool, games for children, volleyball court and a basketball hoop. It is 700 m from the Figuerette beach (8 minutes on foot). It consists of a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob), and a bedroom with a 160 * 200 bed. (total area 47 m2) In the bathroom, you will find a shower, WC and a washing machine. In the living room a 160 * 200 convertible sofa (bultex) allows the sleeping of 2 people. It is equipped with air conditioning and internet connection (to come)
A large covered terrace furnished with a living room for 7 people and an electric barbecue will allow you to admire a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace overlooks a small garden (50 m2) where you can relax or sunbathe on 2 deckchairs.
You will have a parking space.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It has a wonderful view and is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and it’s useful to have a dishwasher and washing machine. The only thing to note is the pool isn’t heated so was too cold to use in April.

We had an excellent stay. There had a miscommunication about th cleaning, but that was quickly taken care of. The view is splendid and the place had everything we needed. The terrace is lovely with magnificent views. Pool was great and the beach very close by. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect place for a summer holiday

A very nice little apartment, but well equipped and with a stunning view to the sea from the terrace. Good /private /close to the apartment parking lot in a secure area. And a pool with sunbeds where it was never crowded. I am sure we will rent it again.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit großzügiger Terrasse und Meerblick.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, hat eine große Terrasse und einen Gemeinschaftspool in der Anlage. Gewünscht hätten wir uns Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer und im Bad, ohne war es mit dem Lüften schwierig.

Schöner Urlaub nach holprigem Start

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von Terrasse und die Nähe zum Pool ,wunderbar. Sehr ärgerlich war jedoch bei der Ankunft, dass,wir weder einen Zugangscode für die Wohnanlage noch für die Wohnung selbst erhalten hatten. Nach der langen Anreise haben wir über Mailkontakt erst nach 1 ,5Stunden Wartezeit Zutritt zur Wohnung erhalten. Auf unsere Mail im Vorfeld dass bei uns keine Zugangsinformationen per Mail eingegangen sind, erhielten wr keine Antwort. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort.. Ein Manko war zusätzlich dass die Wohnung von einer Strasse umgebenist, die häufig von Motorrädern frequentiert wird.

Schönes, kleines Appartement in gepflegter Anlage

Das Appartement befindet sich in einer sehr schönen, eher ruhigen Gegend und ist hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlten uns lediglich Geschirrhandtücher und den Kindern das W-LAN (letzteres war aber auch so angeben). Dafür kam der Pool umso besser an und die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt - allerdings an einer größeren Straße gelegen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man entfernten Meerblick. Es sind auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand - der Weg aus der Anlage, den die Vermieterin beschreibt, endet leider an einem Tor mit Zahlencode, den wir nicht erhalten haben. Macht aber nichts, es ist auch über die Straße nicht weit. Der kleine Strand links vom Yachthafen ist viel hübscher als der große auf der rechten Seite. Es gibt schöne Restaurants und Strandbistros sowie jede Menge tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Die Vermieterin meldet sich immer sofort zurück und ist sehr nett. Alles in allem eine schöne und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Appartement tres bien équipé

Appartement au top, le canape lit est en effet bien pour 2 personnes et facile à manipuler. Les équipements sont recents et l'espace bien optimisé. La doublee terrasse est bien agreable aussi et proche de la piscine. On peut aller à la plage a pied et manger un morceau mais pour les xommerces il faut prendre la voiture. De la terrasse on entend la route mais la nuit pour dormir c'est bien insonorisé. A recommander ! Nous etions 4 et c'etait bien agreable niveau espace.

TOP en cette période fin juin!! Magnifique randonnée à faire au départ de Théoule et même directement de la résidence. Résidence très bien entretenue avec grande piscine à débordement (piscine pour nous tous seuls) Appartement avec très belle vue mer comme sur les photos. À refaire !!!

Excellentes vacances à Théoule!

Gîte très bien situé, très calme à cette saison, confortable et très bien équipé. Séjour reposant , randonnées et visites découvertes à proximité. Environnement magnifique. Seul petit bémol: le peu de commerces ouverts à cette période et la nécessité de prendre la voiture pour s'approvisionner.
