Belle situation mais...

HabituĂ© des locations estivales dans d'autres lieux sur le Touquet , nous avions hĂąte de nous retrouver dans cet appartement disposant d'une belle vue sur mer. Les clefs remises n'Ă©taient pas les bonnes... nĂ©anmoins, la rĂ©activitĂ© de l'agence et l'Ă©change rapide du sĂ©same nous firent oublier ce contre temps... La vue est donc magnifique face mer mais l'appartement aurait besoin d'un vrai coup de fraicheur, et d'une remise Ă  plat des prestations et pas Ă  moitiĂ© comme constatĂ©. Le lavabo de la salle de bain Ă©tait bouchĂ©, le support de la pomme de douche descellĂ©, pas de brosse wc. La baignoire ainsi que les joints des murs entartrĂ©s. Dans la chambre /cabine des enfants comportant les lits superposĂ©s (matelas trĂšs limites), une prise de courant abimĂ©e et s'ouvrant ( attention aux enfants!), l'Ă©clairage ne fonctionnait pas (pas de lampe ou dĂ©fectueuses), des saletĂ©s dans la rampe guidant les portes. La chambre des parents comme celles des enfants; draps en place mais pourquoi? L'annonce stipulait de ramener les siens ou proposait des draps biologiques.. les lits Ă©taient dĂ©jĂ  habillĂ©s avec quelques cheveux ... La cuisine; un frigo qui descend Ă  10°C minimum( torture pour le chef que je suis...) En ce qui concerne l'Ă©quipement de cuisine, l'annonce stipulait une cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e. Ambigu. On regrette qu'il n'y ait pas de lave-vaisselle, ou de four conventionnel malgrĂ© la prĂ©sence d'un micro-ondes/ grill. Un peu de matĂ©riel ne serait pas superflu: un fouet, des couteaux aiguisĂ©s, des pinces Ă  crustacĂ©s, etc...Attention aux moisissures prĂ©sentes sur les encadrures des baies, qui commencent Ă  ĂȘtre attaquĂ©es (changez Ă©galement les joints svp!! ils se dĂ©litent), l'intĂ©rieur de la porte d'entrĂ©e garnie de dĂ©pĂŽts noirĂątres (gonds). Nous avons dĂ©barrassĂ© la terrasse du tas de sable cachĂ© sous le balai et nettoyĂ© la table et chaises extĂ©rieures. Bon point: la prĂ©sence d'un box en sous-sol. MalgrĂ© nos remontĂ©es au sein de l'agence dĂ©s le lendemain; photos Ă  l'appui, celle-ci ne nous a ni contactĂ©e et ne s'est pas dĂ©placĂ©e pour constater les observations. MĂȘme s'il s'agit d'une location de vacances, on peut s'attendre Ă  un minimum de propretĂ© et d'entretien du logement surtout au prix proposĂ©. J'invite donc le responsable de l'agence ainsi que le propriĂ©taire Ă  rĂ©flĂ©chir ... Il existe d'autres biens qui sont tout aussi onĂ©reux et qui proposent des prestations de bien meilleure qualitĂ©. La prochaine fois, nous irons ailleurs.
