Mangrove Snapper Studio Cottage

Historic Studio cottage newly renovated in Saint Lucie Village on almost six acres of lush tropical property with 300' of waterfront and a 250' dock. This cottage has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and a dining area, a full bath with beautiful tile and two queen beds with a siting area. It also has laminate flooring, cable TV, high speed internet a BBQ grill and picknic area. The large picture window gives you a beautiful view of the lagoon from every where in the cottage. The dock has a large terminal end that is partly covered, a fish cleaning station, fresh water wash down, rod holders and it lights up at night.
All holiday bookings are a minimum of three nights.
