All the advantages of a small family resort, located 3 km from Font-Romeu (common ski area), close to Spain and Andorra. Wooded environment, richness of flora and fauna, privileged climate. Discovery of local heritage, mountain sports, leisure and relaxation.
T2 renovated in June 2018 with parking in front of the apartment, near forest and kindergarten, which includes:
An entrance giving on stay / kitchen equipped with dishwasher, corner TV with DVD player and sofa BZ 1. 60cm., A small room with a mezzanine bed in 90+ sofa convertible in 2 beds 1. 40cm; a bathroom with WC and washing machine. Patio with table, parking in front of the residence.
Equipment: television, DVD player, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter electric coffee maker, Italian coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, electric fruit press, Raclette machine, service Fondue, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, electric radiators in the bathroom, bedroom and living room, duvets and pillows for all sleeping arrangements. Board games available.
I always leave products for cleaning available to tenants.
I offer as an option 10 € the set of sheets per bed and 5 € the toilet kit for 2 people, end of stay cleaning 40 €. These options are not mandatory.
