Appartement bricolé et mal equipé

L'appartement est loin d'être refait à neuf : disons plutôt bricolé ni fait ni à faire. Des rallonges de rallonges, un sol horrible cache misère mal fini impossible à bien nettoyer, salle de bain hors d'âge, des recoins impossibles à atteindre, une cuisine de brique et de broque (même pas un ouvre boîte ni de couteau à pain), un système électrique des années 70, un porte manteau brinqueballant, déco douteuse, un tencarville cassé et immense, pas une seule accroche pour les torchons et serviettes..., Ce qui rattrappe un peu c'est la présence d'un peu d'équipement récent (matelas). Rentabilité maximum.

Super bien placé *Pensé bien a prendre vos drap sinon vous devrez les loué a la conciergerie* Autre gros avantage:Accès a toute heure au logement grace au boite à clés...gros gros avantage, pas de stress a l'arrivée même si on est en retard a cause des bouchons tous est sous contrôle .Autre gros avantage: les frais de ménage ces au choix Alors quand on par si on ne prend pas les frais de ménage de base pour économiser sur le séjour Faut aérer le logement, on nettoie bien le logement on baisse les radiateurs au minimum, on remet le logement comme on l'a trouvé c'est a dire propre.Avant de partir et on ramène les clef a la conciergerieEt la on est rempli de souvenirs incroyable...on se dit on revient viteOn a pas envie de partir.Le propriétaire je le connais pas je les jamais vue mai il a l'air cool Les gars on a une super adresse pour les prochaines vacances, cest tellement cosi quon veut y revenir..Merci au propriétaire de tous ces gros avantage qu'on ne trouve pas forcément ailleurs pour un prix super attractif...
