Beautiful Provencal villa on the hillside, quiet and bright, with sunny terraces overlooking a magnificent view, infinity pool and jacuzzi, large lot, play area (table football, bowling alley), alliance of modern and traditional with high performances range: fully equipped kitchen, hi-tech living room (large screen TV, home cinema, blu-ray player 4k), wifi, alarm, safe.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (sofa and chair Roche Bobois) and a dining room (marble table with 6 chairs) overlooking a beautiful open kitchen. Each space directly overlooks a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue area, infinity pool with shower and lounger area. A veranda gives access to a room / office area (sofa bed) with a private bathroom offering a magnificent view over the valley bordering infinity pool.

Upstairs, two large bedrooms with queen size beds (160 cm and upscale bedding) and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each room serves a large terrace with high-end spa (jaccuzzi brand, 5/6 people, bluetooth integrated hi-fi system), lounge area and bar table to enjoy a great view.

The fully privatized villa is ideally located between Avignon (TGV station at 30 min) and Nîmes (30 min). You can enjoy the sea (less than 1 hour) and many festivals: Avignon Festival (last 3 weeks of July), Les Chorégies d'Orange (1 month from beginning of July to beginning of August), etc.

To discover also: the city of Avignon (Pont d'Avignon, Palace of the Popes, etc.), the city of Uzès and its duchy, the Pont-du-Gard, the caves (cave of Salamandre, Aven d ' Orgnac), the "little French canyon" or Provencal colorado, the fountain of Vaucluse and the many Provençal villages (la Roque-sur-Cèze, Baux de Provence, etc.).

Many activities: waterfalls of Sautadet (ballad and bathing) gorges of Ardeche and Gardon (canoe-kayak, hikes), the Camargue (ride on the waterfront), Ledenon circuit (motor racing , kart).

Laudun

This property is placed in Laudun. The place is really nice and with a spectacular view. The terrasses are beautifull and the pool and spa great for cooling down in the hot French summer. We will be back next year :)

A fuir !! Annonce trompeuse

Convaincus par les belles photos de l'annonce et par la description nous avons réservé cette maison. Mais dès notre arrivée sur place, nous avons très vite déchanté. La piscine à débordement était plein de saletés et de branches de pin et donc inutilisable, le jaccuzi une catastrophe car son couvercle était composé pour moitié d'un couvercle et pour l'autre d'une bâche laissant des saletés dans le jaccuzi. L'intérieur n'est pas aussi lumineux que les photos laissent le penser, et la cuisine petite et peu fonctionnelle. Également à signaler que les enceintes du home cinéma ne marchaient pas, rendant toute détente dans le salon difficile.. De plus le propriétaire n'est absolument pas réactif et ne laisse pas son numéro de téléphone ! Ce qui rend impossible le fait de lui remonter les problèmes à temps. Nous sommes donc partis au bout de 3 jours Il va donc de soi que le rapport qualité prix est un désastre, 3200 euros pour une telle location revient à une arnaque !! Vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux pour le prix !

Excellent séjour dans une propriété luxueuse et au calme

La ville tient ses promesses. Si vous cherchez le calme dans un environnement luxueux, cet endroit vous ravira. La piscine est un peu froide au premier abord, mais on s'y fait vite, et le jacuzzi est là pour vous réchauffer et relaxer. La vue est tout simplement magnifique. Le village où elle est située est très accueillant, et le petit marché du dimanche agréable et vivant. De plus, la ville est très bien située pour visiter beaucoup de choses aux alentours (Avignon, Nîmes, Salon-de-Provence, etc...) Chaudement recommandé.

Belle propriété en belvédère très bien équipée

Un grand plaisir de pouvoir utiliser le jacuzzi, l'eau de la piscine était encore un peu fraîche vu la saison. Accueil efficace et simple. Barbecue tout neuf. Un très bon séjour.

Maison très agréable, magnifique vue , environnement calme

Une villa moderne très bien aménagée avec un grand souci du détail et un équipement très complet, extrêmement confortable, munie d'une piscine très agréable et bénéficiant d'une vue superbe. Nous y avons passé de très agréables moments de détente. la climatisation présente dans toutes les pièces était très utile vu la chaleur, et le jacuzzi un "plus" très agréable. Jérémie a été disponible pour toutes nos questions.

Ferienvilla in sehr ruhiger Gegend

Sehr schöne Villa in traumhafter, ruhiger Gegend. Vermieter Jérémie antwortet in Kürze bei allen möglichen Fragen. Im Outdoor Bereich könnte man paar Sachen reparieren, ersetzen oder gleich entsorgen. Alles in allem ein schöner Ort um sich zu erholen.

Séjour agréable à Laudun l'Ardoise

Villa très bien située géographiquement, très belle vue panoramique et endroit très calme. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée, contrairement à ce qui nous avait été annoncé, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter durant nôtre séjour du 26 au 29 mai, heureusement qu'il y avait le jacuzzi. Le canapé de la 3ème chambre manque de confort pour 2 personnes, un vrai lit serait le bienvenu pour un séjour à 6 personnes. Très bon accueil d'Alex et nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Belle villa et centrale pour explorer la région

Bien équipée avec piscine & jacuzzi, villa bien pourvue et bien placée. L’accueil d’Alex pour l’arrivée était très sympa et nous a décrit les informations pour la maison. 2 belles chambres et sdb bien équipées. Dommage que les locataires précédents n’aient pas également aider à garder la maison en bon état pour les visiteurs suivants.

Super Villa in traumhafter Panoramalage!

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön und absolut top!!! Von allen Zimmern und den Terrassen hat man einen atemberaubenden, super tollen Panoramablick über die wunderschöne, malerische Landschaft so weit das Auge reicht!!! Die gesamte Gegend und Nachbarschaft ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber!!! Man hat alles was man für einen komfortablen und gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Die meisten Bilder des Inserats entsprechen dem Haus wie man es vorfindet. Alles sehr geschmackvoll und sehr sauber, besonders die Badezimmer und Toiletten! Nicht dem Bild entsprechend ist die Dachterrasse mit einem tollen, funktionierenden Whirlpool. Die Dachterasse war nicht aufgeräumt und glich dem Lager eines Baumarktes, weil der Rasenteppich/Rasenmatten leider zusammengerollt neben dem Whirlpool lagen. Auch die Möbel im Wohn- und Esszimmer haben an einigen Stellen sehr deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und Erinnerungen an andere, weniger ordentliche Gäste. Diese sehen nicht mehr ganz so schön und gepflegt aus, wie auf den Bildern. Das WLAN/Internet ist sehr gut, allerdings nur im Wohn- und Esszimmerbereich. Im restlichen Haus, besonders im oberen Stockwerk funktioniert das WLAN leider nicht! Dadurch, dass das Haus auf oder eher an einem Berg liegt, ist die Zufahrt und der Zugang zum Grundstück sehr steil und nicht einfach zu erreichen. Mit großen SUVs wie z.B. VW Touareg, Porsche Cayenne, BMW X5 & X6 kann man das Grundstück eigentlich gar nicht befahren. Das Auto zu entladen und zu beladen gestaltet sich somit schwierig. Auch auf dem Grundstück selber wird gebaut, sodass es Bereiche gibt, die eine Baustelle sind und sehr unordentlich aussehen. Hervorragend und absolut top ist Alex, der das Haus betreut und überwacht. Alex ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und schaut immer wieder mal vorbei ob alles okay ist. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Haus können wir weiterempfehlen, aber man sollte als Gast hier und da nicht so genau hinschauen.

Un accueil chaleureux effectué par Alex qui a été disponible malgré notre retard lié à une forte circulation. Très belle maison avec des équipements haut de gamme où il ne manque de rien. Les extérieurs sont très agréables (terrasse, barbecue, piscine... Etc) je recommande sans hésiter cette maison. Petit bonus avec le jacuzzi sur la terrasse du haut très agréable en soirée 👍🏻

Fijne vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht op een mooie plek aan de rand van het dorp (loopafstand naar centrum met voorzieningen) en veel privacy. Zeer ruim terras, mooi zwembad met koel water (geen schoonmaak gedurende de week) en heerlijke jacuzzi op apart balkon. Keuken redelijk goed voorzien, veel apparaten (die we niet gebruikt hebben). Slaapkamers prima met een goed bed in de 'ouderslaapkamer' (andere niet gebruikt). Heerlijke, ruime douche. Het huis was netjes en schoon, maar in de kasten lagen veel spullen en was het rommelig. De oprit naar het huis is behoorlijk steil. Communicatie met de eigenaar is bijzonder plezierig verlopen. Omgeving is erg mooi.

Quiet stay in a lovely home

We enjoyed a very quiet four days in Laudun. Unfortunately our train arrived too late to retrieve a rental car from Avignon, therefore we were at the mercy of taxi service ($90, 30 minute drive). Poor planning on our part. The town: Laudun is a very small village with a few restaurants and shops with very limited hours of operation, most everything is closed Sunday and Monaday. Securing a rental car is highly recommended. We were able pick up necessities at the small Casino market, produce market and boulangerie in the village early Monday morning, and dine at Cat & Do on Saturday evening and the proprietors and patrons could not have been more welcoming. We also found a wine tasting room within walking distance (Laudun and Chusclan Vignerons). Everything closes during the mid-day and most restaurants finish serving by 9pm. The home: Jeremie and his mother were very responsive and helpful. There are several units on the property but we had enough privacy and didn't even realize that they were on the premises. The weather was incredibly warm (105F) so we made good use of the swimming pool. The view from the patio was lovely, with a variety of seating options. The two bedrooms on the second floor were very comfortable, the smaller office / bedroom was a bit small but was put to good use for our snoring traveling companion. The home is very automated (lights on sensors, soap dispensers, etc) which is convenient, other than the flashing blue light in the bedroom which triggers when you move in bed. The kitchen was very well equipped with modern appliances (standard fridge with freezer and ice maker was much appreciated). Plenty of cookery and serving utensils (it would have been good to have a small sheet pan). Having access to the washer dryer was convenient. The home also had a very advanced entertainment system and fire place that we didn't use. We really enjoyed our stay, our only regret was not having a rental car to further explore the area.
