About this property

Nestled in a quiet midtown neighborhood, yet close to all the fun! Enjoy easy access to the seawall, beaches, fishing, boat launches, Moody Gardens, restaurants, and shopping.

The home has keyless, coded entry. The main house has a queen bed and built-in bunk beds, plus a comfy sleeper sofa. There is also a full bathroom and a half bath. each has a queen bed with full-size washer and dryer, mini fridge, and coffee station. There are large flat screen TVs in each Bedroom with WIFI and premium cable.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home: cookware, dishes, silverware, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, barbecue tools, condiments, coffee, and spices.

Outside, we have a large deck with a gas grill, umbrella table, lounge chairs, and a bar with additional seating and an outdoor flat screen TV. We are dog-friendly, and have plenty of grass and a fully fenced yard for your pets to play in.*

We also have an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for after the beach or boating, plus two bicycles are available upon request.

There is no garage parking, but there is room for one vehicle in the driveway and abundant street parking for cars and even your trailered boat.

Chillin at the Yellowfin Inn

I was born in Galveston, TX but live in Massachusetts. My trip started off rocky with airline delays that complicated everything. Arrived really late but the view in the morning was great. House has lots of character and amenities. Out door bar and patio with grill came in super handy. Great communication between the host and myself. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Wendy🙏✌

We enjoyed the ease of checking in and communication with the host. She was friendly and left clear expectations. Our dog is older and doesn't do well being boarded. Being able to bring her was a huge plus. The cost is great for the adorable home away from home. We would return.

Pleasant Stay

The rental process and communication were both excellent. Very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, well stocked accommodations, internet and Roku streaming devices with big screen TV’s in living room and bedrooms. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
