This house is rented in the season as a whole consists of the main house (sleeps 6) and apartment (4 people); each with its own entrance. In the low season can also only the main house or just the apartment can be rented. The main house consists of a spacious, trendy furnished living room with well equipped kitchen and large patio doors to the balcony with sea view and another balcony overlooking the vineyards and the monastery. The main house has a large, luxury bathroom, separate wc, two bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 smaller bedroom (all bedrooms with mosquito nets) with bunk beds. TV and good WiFi connection are available in the entire house. The apartment has its own entrance and consists of a small, cozy living room with well equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms with shower and two lovely bedrooms with spacious double beds. The apartment also features a large balcony with a beautiful view of the pool (8 x 4) and setting sun. At the pool is a wonderful outdoor shower and a separate toilet with mirror. Also, plenty of loungers and shade under the shelter. The house is adjacent to a nature reserve. Via a staircase to the pool begins you can walk through the garden to the monastery which offers a quiet road towards the village, a nice walk. The terraced garden has a large flat surface for the start of the stairs towards the village. There is also the piece of wood belonging to the garden a shaded terrace.

An amazing villa in a peaceful area of the cote d'azur, away from the crowds and traffic jams. If anything, you will love the view from the open air dining area on the bay of Cavalaire, where after you enjoy a swim in the private pool. Just great!

Très agréable maison avec un bel espace piscine. Belle vue sur la mer et les environs quand on est dans l’appartement principal. De belles terrasses pour différents moments de la journée. Vraiment chouette. Le seul bémol est la chambre avec les lits superposés : petite et sans clim. Maison très bien placée dans un environnement verdoyant. Proche d’une très jolie plage (15-20 mn à pied) et 5 mn en voiture (il y a un petit parking). Proche de Saint Tropez (en voiture). Olivier qui nous a accueilli est très agréable et nous a donné de bons conseils. Il est venu aussitôt quand on a eu besoin de lui. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos amis et nos enfants (ados, jeunes adultes). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Problème lié à l'annonce. Il n'y a pas véritablement 3 salles de bain et 3 WC mais 1 salle de bain et 1 WC dans la maison ; 1 salle de bain avec WC et une douche dans la partie eau avec machine à laver dans l'appartement et le 3ème WC est au bord de la piscine.

Heel fijn en mooi huis

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Le Pin Parasol. Het huis heeft echt alles om lekker te relaxen en te tafelen. Het huis is heel sfeervol ingericht en voelt heel warm en ruimtelijk aan. Het aparte gedeelte van het appartement is ook erg prettig als je samen op vakantie wil gaan, maar toch ook een beetje je eigen gebeuren wil hebben. Het uitzicht is echt fenomenaal, strand paar minuten rijden. Ontvangst super hartelijk en fijne communicatie (ook vooraf). We waren met een kindje van 1,5 jaar en er stond een baby bedje met lakentjes klaar. Zeker niet de laatste keer dat we hier zijn geweest❤️

Belle situation

Agréable maison avec jardin piscine et terrasses très bien exposés. Juste prévoir pour les fans de tv quelle n est en accès qu en hollandais.

super Haus, tolle Umgebung, 1 Etage klein aber ok, Kühlschrank hier defekt während unseres Aufenthaltes, müsste aber mittlerweile wieder repariert sein.

Haus im Grünen mit Sicht auf das Meer

Grosses, helles und freundliches Haus mit grosszügigem Garten, im Herbst an sehr ruhiger Lage, fantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben beide Wohnungen gemietet, in der kleinen Wohnungen vor allem geschlafen, uns sonst in der grossen Wohnung aufgehalten. Obwohl wir acht Personen waren, fühlten wir uns nicht eingeengt und hatten sehr viel Platz. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgerüstet, es fehlt nichts. Carla ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Wir würden dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt perfekt. Einziger Abzug in der Bewertung gibt es für Geruchsemissionen in der unteren, kleinen Wohnung. Es hat einige Male heftig geregnet und dann hat es nach Fäkalien-Tank gestunken. Moskitogitter in der kleinen Wohnung wären ebenfalls wünschenswert. Herzlichen Dank für alles. Wir haben schöne Wanderungen gemacht, im Meer und im Pool gebadet, fein gegessen und die Tage sehr genossen. Wir kommen hoffentlich bald einmal wieder!

Dear people, we are happy you have enjoyed your holiday and the house so much. We also love to be in La Croix Valmer, in every season. Just like upstairs, we will also protect the house downstairs against the mosquito's. And heavt rain, we hope this will not occur to much in the South; but we will check it!
