Beautiful airconditionned villa, 7 min to the beach, sea view, pool, garden, BBQ

At 30 minutes from Saint Tropez, Villa Sangha is an air conditionned single floor villa full of southern colours, offering all comfort. It sits in the middle of a green garden which also offers, of course, a BBQ.
It is only a 7 minutes walk to the sandy Canadel beach also called "Tropicana beach" with beach restaurants and lounge chairs you can rent.
The terrace facing south-west extends the living and dining room towards the sea. It is covered to insure shade while enjoying "apéro" and dining. It overlooks the swimming pool with its rounded stairs protected by an alarm system that warns of unauthorized use (small children protection). Of course, this does not replace your constant surveillance.
The "night part" of the villa unites 4 double bedrooms (sleeping up to 8p), a shower bath-room, a seperate WC and a bath-room with bath-tub and a second toilet. The temperature of each bed-room can be adjusted individually.
A second terrace on the other side of the house allows you to dry the laundry.
The house offers tv, wifi and satellite reception, so that you can watch English speaking programs.
When you arrive your beds will be prepared and you can dispose of 2 big towels per person so that you don't have to travel with too much luggage.
You access the property through an electric gate and you can easily park 2-3 cars in the garden.

Certes la plage n’est pas loin et la maison possède une piscine, mais la route la plus fréquentée du Var est juste en deçà de la maison ce qui occasionne un ballet incessant de voitures de 6h30 (même les fenêtres fermées le bruit est perceptible) à 23h30. Cela empêche de profiter sereinement de la piscine ou de la terrasse et donc de ses vacances. De surcroît la maison est mal entretenue (évier bouché, salle de bain avec très mauvaise odeur, lave vaisselle qui fait énormément de bruit, propreté limite). Une location bien trop chère au vu des nuisances.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Wie durften im September eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbringen und waren schon das zweite Mal dort. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, der Pool ist schön groß und man parkt direkt auf dem eingezäuntem und abeschlossenem Grundstück. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Schöner Urlaub

Unser Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus war wirklich gelungen. Für 8 Personen reichte der Platz im und ums Haus. Der Pool sowie das fußläufig erreichbare Meer mit schönem Strand rundeten unser Urlaubserlebnis ab.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Nähe zum Meer ist wunderbar und der (nachts beleuchtete) Pool fantastisch. Der Umgang mit der Eigentümerin ist sehr offen und herzlich und der Hausmeister Michel sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Vielen Dank!

Un havre de paix en bord de mer

Excellent séjour

Très bien accueillis par notre hôte dans cette villa confortable, bien aménagée avec sa grande terrasse et sa piscine très appréciable. Elle est en outre très bien placée sur la côte varoise ce qui est un gros atout. Nous y avons vécu un excellent séjour et recommandons chaleureusement cette destination.

Mooie villa op een prachtige locatie

We hebben een ontzettend fijne vakantie gehad met onze twee gezinnen in Villa Sangha. Een vrolijk gekleurd huis met fijn zwembad en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn en makkelijk contact met de contactpersoon en de plaatselijke beheerder, die beiden zeer snel reageerden op vragen en verzoeken. De villa ligt aan de weg en/maar in een heerlijke rustige buurt doordat er alleen maar mensen komen die er verblijven. De locatie is fantastisch met prachtig uitzicht en 10 minuten lopen naar het strand. Vlakbij is ook een bakker, een kleine supermarkt en een heerlijk restaurant.

Très belle maison confortable

Superbe maison très agréable, très propre , avec un magnifique jardin avec piscine, encore plus belle que l’annonce. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied. Annette est une superbe hôte.

Belle situation géographique

Points positifs : la maison est bien située, au calme et à proximité des commerces, avec de belles plages de sable et cailloux, et eau cristalline. La plage de sable Saint clair située à quelques kilomètres au lavandou est magnifique Propriétaire très accueillante et gentille. Points négatifs : La piscine était très trouble à notre arrivée, la propriétaire a essayer de régler la situation immédiatement mais gros problèmes de filtration, liner en mauvais état Gros soucis avec la végétation qui cause problème à la piscine et surtout manque d élagage qui cache presque totalement la vue sur mer, C est bien dommage ....manque d entretien derrière la piscine Piscine non éclairé le soir, impossible de s y baigner en soirée car ampoule cassée depuis un moment, et mise en place le dernier jour Concernant l intérieur literie et serviettes préparées à l arrivée mais couvertures non lavées et changées entre 2 arrivées... c est moyen... Un double de couvertures ne serait pas du luxe. Manque de vaisselle petits verres et assiettes ebrechées, pas de coûteux à viande... Aucun crochet pour les serviettes dans les salles de bain et WC... Et pour finir toutes les portes d armoires sortent de leur rail La maison est vieillissante et pas assez entretenue Nous avions une certaine exigence pour le prix payé Dommage.

Wir kommen wieder!

In Corona Zeiten nach Frankreich, d.h nach Rayol zu fahren war kein einfacher Entscheid! Wir sitzen jetzt in der Schweiz in der Quarantäne! Aber das ist einfach so, wir fühlten uns in diesem Haus sehr sicher denn ausser mit Michel und seinem lieben Hund hatten wir keinen Kontakt mit anderen Personen. Das Einkaufen in Rayol ist perfekt und alle tragen da Masken! Sogar der alt bekannte Fischer war 3 mal in Rayol und bot frische Fische an! Wir haben die Aussicht von dieser wunderbaren Terasse sehr genossen. Über 600 Fotos bei Mistral und auch vom Sturm Alex sind jetzt als Erinnerung bis nächstes Jahr zu bearbeiten! Und vielen Dank an Michel für seine Hilfestellungen und Gesellschaft! Merci jusqu'à l'année prochaine.

Vacances inoubliables

nous avons 1 semaine géniale, la maison est trés fonctionnelle, idéale pour une famille ou avec des amis. la vue est à couper le souffle et appelle à la sérénité. gros avantage la mer est à 5 mns à pieds et les commerces à 10mns en voiture, bref de quoi faire plaisir à tout le monde! je recommande vivement.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Tolles Haus mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Sehr schön war die absolute Ruhe. Terrasse, Grill und Pool stand uns allein zur Verfügung. Die Kinder konnten auch um halb zehn noch baden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf Pool und Meer. Kurzer Weg zur wunderschönen, kleinen Bucht mit feinem Sandstrand und Steg. Etwas weit zum Bäcker (ca. 1,5 km) aber schön und autofrei zu gehen. Absolut zu empfehlen, wir waren begeistert.

Une vue magnifique, une situation privilégiée à proximité d’une très belle plage et au départ de belles balades, un bel environnement « nature » très agréablement aménagé, une hotesse très discrète et cependant très disponible : vacances idéales, à recommander chaudement .

Rayol Canadel sur mer is a perfect place for a calm holiday on a beautiful place!

Villa Ananda is between two villages, far from the crowded towns, in a beautiful place. The panorama is unforgettable. The beach nice, it takes 7 minutes to get there by walk. The house is perfectly equipped, you can feel yourself really at home. The owner Annette is very helpful, and kind, she solves your problems immediately. The only lack of the house is air-conditioning, you can feel it on warm summer weeks, but the overall experience is fabulous. I would return there with my family at any time. Thank you Annette!

Gemütlich und erholsam

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Rayol verbracht, herzlichen Dank für alles! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in das hübsche Appartement eingeführt. Frau Lützkendorf war bemüht darum, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und hat auch unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Obwohl sie im oberen Stock wohnt, genossen wir Privatsphäre und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Die Wohnung ist gut mit Geschirr und allem, was man braucht, ausgerüstet. Zum Strand sind es nur einige Minuten Fussweg, und erst noch im Schatten. Allerdings ist es ein kleiner Strand und in der Hauptsaison natürlich etwas überfüllt. Aber morgens um 9 ist man fast alleine und dann ist es traumhaft! Mit dem Auto haben wir ein paar hübsche Restaurants, zum Teil direkt am Strand, in wenigen Minuten erreicht. In etwa 20 Minuten Fussdistanz hätten wir einen Einkaufsladen erreichen können, welcher alles führt, was man so braucht. Allerdings war es viel zu heiss zum Laufen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man den Laden und die Bäckerei mit den besten Croissants und St. Jacques in 5 Minuten. Rayol ist ein hübsches Dorf mit einer beachtlichen Treppe, welche vom Meer bis zum Col du Canadel führt und für unsere Väter ein Highlight war! In Rayol ist es ruhig und gemütlich, für mehr Action mussten wir aber nur 10 Minuten nach Cavalaire fahren und konnten dort Boote mieten und Parachute ascensionnel fliegen! Auch unsere Teenies sind auf ihre Kosten gekommen. Rundum war es ein gemütlicher und erholsamer Urlaub. Und wir werden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Fantastische Aussciht

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Rayol-Canadel verbracht. Unsere sehr nette Gastgeberin hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles gut für uns vorbereitet. Das Appartement mit Studio bietet für eine Familie mit drei Kindern viel Platz. Der Pool mit der herrlichen Aussicht ist ein absolutes Highlight. Die Umgebung mit seinen vielen Stränden ist und dem Maure-Massiv bietet viel Abwechslung. Wir können das Appartement empfehlen.

Wunderschön

Wunderschöner noch nicht überlaufener Ort. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns perfekt geschnitten (3 Erwachsene) und wir genossen das Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Weitblick ins Grüne und auf's Meer. Je nach Belieben konnte man entweder den privaten Swimming-Pool genießen oder einfach bergab in 6 min zum Meer laufen. Sehr ruhig und idealer Ausgangsort für viele Ausflüge. Netter Vermieterkontakt. P. S. Ein paar Tipps mit Ausflugszielen könnte man noch in die Wohnung legen.

Super séjour, vue de rêve !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location, très bien située à 5min à pied de la plage. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable et la piscine très agréable. Très bon accueil. A noter que l'ajout d'une climatisation dans les chambres serait vraiment le top pour certaines nuits très chaudes! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
