LOCATION
Location is divine. In our Village, the building adjacent to ours is the "Mountain Center" which includes - the Gondola, Ski Rentals, Ticketing Office, and Mountain Gear. Adjacent to that our numerous Vendors ie:
Starbucks, Shopping, Ice Cream, Restaurants, Bars, Convenience Store's, Etc.
Just out the door is our Underground secured, heated parking garage. Once parked, most everything is accessible on foot at the village. The gondola is next door which during the season will take you to all of the lifts. Also just steps away is the trolly and local free Mammoth shuttles which will take you to slopes, trails, supermarkets, theaters, lodges, and most anywhere in town for free. Mammoth Airport (MMH) is just 5 miles from the Village Treehouse. Mammoth has 24/7 taxi service, and Rental cars are also available in town.
SANITATION
For sanitary protection and peace of mind, we've implemented the following changes to our homes:
Bedding:
* ALL NEW WHITE linens, including Sheets, White Blankets, White Comforters for all beds.
* ALL NEW PILLOWS and CASES with additional 2nd layer of protection with HOTEL STYLE zipped pillow protectors.
* We're Implementing HOTEL STYLE "Triple Sheeting" for our beds (As seen in high end hotels), whereby a third set of fresh laundered sheets are folded both under and over top of blankets providing the best possible sanitary solution for our guests.
Cleaning Service:
Our cleaning contractor is Perfect Clean LLP, Mammoth's finest, owned and operated by the President of Mammoth Chamber of Commerce, whom runs a tight ship. He's fully stepped up their processes with additional measures of sanitization:
- Enhanced wiping down of remote controls
- Enhanced cleaning to door hardware and or cabinet pulls
- Extra attention to all other touch points throughout the home including thermostats, light switches, etc.
- Increased use of aerosol based germ killing products
WINTER ACTIVITIES
Skiing and snow boarding on Mammoth Mountain, where you will enjoy the longest ski season in the country. Dog sledding, cross country skiing, snow mobiling, and much more to explore right here in the best of the High Sierras.

In the interest of our guests with sensitivities, and to maintain a high standard of quality accommodations, we are unable to accept pets, smoking, nor loud parties in the unit nor on the property. Violation of these policies will result in extra cleaning fees, HOA fines or both, and will deducted from Guests deposit or charged to the credit card on account.
* PUBLIC DISTURBANCES AND OCCUPANCY
The unit shall be used as a recreation or family style rental only, not for loud parties nor events beyond rental capacity. * NO PUBLIC DISTURBANCES - If loud noises are creating public disturbance complaints after 10pm, a Fine of up to $250 per incident may be imposed.

Founded in 2006, our family run business was created with the intent to share our homes with travelers who love to explore (like we do) these beautiful Sierras.
Welcome to our Mammoth Treehouse Vacation Rentals. My name is Dave Margolin, and I’ve come to be quite fond of this mountain since my first ski trips here during grade school. In 1999, we purchased our first two homes here in Mammoth. The locations were so ideal, we wanted to share them with travelers who could appreciate them as we did. Having served in resort real estate development helped us to plan and model these homes with travelers in mind, each year making added improvements requested by our visitors. Treehouse-1 was such a hit in the Village, we decided to expand by adding Treehouse-2, just across the hall and during Summer 2012 it was remodeled with nearly identical design as T1. Both of these grand village homes are rated 5 stars on TripAdvisor where scores of testimonials have been posted.
Our Treehouse 1&2 are continuously being updated, and again in 2015 they each had major upgrades including new Kitchens and remote controlled Fireplaces. In April of 2020 we overhauled all of our bedrooms by installing all new mattresses and foundations, atop of air-tight under-mounted platforms for maximum cleanliness. Welcome to our Mammoth Treehouse Vacation Rentals. My name is Dave Margolin, and I’ve come to be quite fond of this mountain since my first ski trips here during grade school. In 1999, we purchased our first two homes here in Mammoth. The locations were so ideal, we wanted to share them with travelers who could appreciate them as we did. Having served in resort real estate development helped us to plan and model these homes with travelers in mind, each year making added improvements requested by our visitors. Treehouse-1 was such a hit in the Village, we decided to expand by adding Treehouse-2, just across the hall and during Summer 2012 it was remodeled with nearly identical design as T1. Both of these grand village homes are rated 5 stars on TripAdvisor where scores of testimonials have been posted.
Our Treehouse 1&2 are continuously being updated, and again in 2015 they each had major upgrades including new Kitchens and remote controlled Fireplaces. In April of 2020 we overhauled all of our bedrooms by installing all new mattresses and foundations, atop of air-tight under-mounted platforms for maximum cleanliness. * ALL NEW WHITE linens, including Sheets, White Blankets, White Comforters for all beds.
* ALL NEW PILLOWS and CASES with additional 2nd layer of protection with HOTEL-STYLE zipped pillow protectors.
* We're Implementing HOTEL STYLE "Triple Sheeting" for our beds (As seen in high end hotels), whereby a third set of fresh laundered sheets are folded both under and over top of blankets providing the best possible sanitary solution for our guests.
Kitchen:
* Disposable kitchenware provided as an additional option of your choice.
* Removal of certain shared foods for your protection.
Cleaning Service:
Our cleaning contractor is Perfect Clean LLP, Mammoth's finest, owned and operated by the President of Mammoth Chamber of Commerce, whom runs a tight ship. He's fully stepped up their processes with additional measures of sanitization:
- Enhanced wiping down of remote controls
- Enhanced cleaning to door hardware and or cabinet pulls
- Extra attention to all other touch points throughout the home including thermostats, light switches, etc.
- Increased use of aerosol based germ killing products including Lysol
