Cozy Studio Guest House

Cozy Studio Guest House in wonderful Franklin Park neighborhood. Tucked away at the back of the property behind the main house. Small space with full kitchen, well set-up to provide everything you need for a nice stay. Nice private outdoor space behind home. Equipped with Wi-Fi and cable including HBO and Showtime.
Located directly across from Franklin Park. Join the evening walkers, play some tennis, swim in the public pool, enjoy the music in the park, or pack some food and enjoy an evening picnic.

Please note: there are security cameras located at the front door of the main house, near the back porch of the main house, and on the north facing side of the Guest House. The cameras can only capture exterior images, none face into either house.

This is the second time I've stayed at this cozy little place. This time I was able to bring my husband along and we were able to stay longer. Just like the last time everything was clean and comfortable and the few times I needed to contact our host she was quick to respond and extremely accommodating. I love the peaceful atmosphere and the little kitchen is a fantastic feature.

The guest house is on the smaller side but was extremely clean and has all the amenities. A very quiet neighborhood. Perfectly central location. The host is extraordinarily helpful and responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it.
