The building is quiet. You will enjoy the view of the sea, the lighthouse of the island of Tristan and part of the port of Treboul.
On one side the fishing port which is located at 600 meters, on the other the marina are easily accessible in a few minutes on foot. The halls are 400 m from the studio.
