Agravlis comfortable country house with swim pool

A country house located 2Km from Skopelos town. With private pool, peaceful surroundings, fruit trees, terrace, 1.5 Km from Stafilos beach.
The country house is built in a traditional style. White walls and roof. Inside there is traditional wooden ceiling. The beds are wooden in conjunction with the rest of the home furnishings.
The house includes two bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and a living room with fire-place.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all household items.
Included: Sheets, towels, detergent, toilet paper, soap in the bathroom.
It can put up to 4 persons.
The swimming pool is in front of the big veranda. We take care of the pool every day early in the morning. We control Ph level, hover the bottom, and wash the place around.
There are many roses around the garden with different colors.
The place is far away from the main road 200 meters about. There are no other houses in a distance of 100 meters.
There is a fence around the house and around the farm.
There is exterior lighting at night and you can walk safely around the farm.
There are many olive trees in the area providing some shade and the wonderful climate can encourage a more healthy way of life, no humidity, noise or pollution.

Enjoy peaceful moments on the veranda, or by the pool with breathtaking views and intoxicating scents of spring.
Agravlis is specious enough to entertain friends and has a lovely romantic atmosphere, especially under the moonlight.
Great for children too, a safe play area.
You can find a Market in 500 meters away. Also there is a gas station with the market.
Close to house there are three tavernas with local menu. The first one is called 'Terpsis'. In a yard with trees and a greek style. Here you can taste the stafed chiken which is delicious. Distance from the house is 1,5 Km.
The second taverna is 'Mpampis' close to crossroad to Stafilos beach. Distance from the house is 1,7 Km. Just before you arrive to the beach of Stafilos there is an other tavern called 'Giorgos'. Distance from the house is 2 Km.
Stafilos beach is a must on the island. Prince Stafilos the first settler arrived 2000 years ago. On the eastern side of the beach are the ruins of his tomb.
The beach has exotic beauty and the sea is deep blue. There is a tavern and a canteen.
Moving to north side we find another beach called Velanio.
Here the natural beauty is unique in the blue sea and the fragrant green pine.
The sea is clean clear and shiny. Challenge you to dive in and cool off on hot summer days.
The beaches Stafilos and Velanio are well known to visitors.
In the surrounding area there are 2 other tavernas - restaurants.
The transport is by bus or car. It is an ideal place for fishing.
Natural colors and tranquility will be unforgettable.
There is a bus stop 50 meters of the farm and ample parking space.

In the house there is a little book to propose you some excursions on the island.
From the house you can drive to Agnontas beach 4 Km. Limnonari beach, 5Km. Panormos beach, 13 Km, Milia beach 14 Km, Kastani beach (Mammamia movie) 15 Km.
You can visit monasteries 10 Km and the old castle on top of Skopelos town. In town there are two museums with exhibits of the history and culture of the island.
