We have just re-painted and re-furbished our self-contained studio. It is 17m2 of bright white and sunny space in Brackenbury Village with delis pubs and shops close by. Studio is large room with double bed, dining table, window seat with separate shower room and kitchenette. TV, free internet/wi-fi, washer-dryer. Sit outside in the summer sun. Well connected, central for business, tourism & shopping. Short walk of 7 minutes to tubes/ buses, 35minutes to Heathrow / airports trains & Eurostar. Enjoy London relaxing in your own secure and super clean, cosy space.

Cleaning and Sanitisation: Our property follows an enhanced cleaning protocol (developed by expert guidance, approved by AirBnB). It is a two-part process of cleaning and then sanitisation. It is applied to all items that are touched or used, soft furnishings, surfaces, utensils and furniture. Here are a few highlights:

• 72 hour ‘quarantine period between lettings
• use of cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies
• PPE for cleaning staff to prevent cross-contamination

•compliance with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

We operate a self check-in and check-out. We are following Covid 19 protocols and on arrival you will receive a certificate of “Committed to Clean” detailing what was done, products used and when the property was cleaned for you. In addition to normal provision we are leaving you an enhanced provision; disposable paper towels, multi-surface cleaner, disinfectant spray, antibacterial hand sanitiser, extra hand soap.
