The cabin was very convenient to Healy and Denali Park. The cabin was excellent. It was very well maintained, clean, and in a quiet location. The host’s instructions were very good and easy to follow. The view from the back deck made it even better.
Sweet Seclusion is a wonderful cabin with easy access to Denali National Park. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The back porch is perfect for having morning coffee or eating a meal. I would certainly recommend Sweet Seclusion.
This property was a great cabin with privacy located near Denali National Park. It was even better than advertised and their hospitality was great! Highly recommend this property!
We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Seclusion! Everything was super clean! We loved the private location! Convenient to Denali and Fairbanks. We will definitely recommend! God Bless yall!
We had a wonderful stay here at Sweet Seclusions. Tucked away into the woods, this cabin offers wildlife viewing and a glimpse of the mountains, all while providing privacy from the crowds near the park. The cabin was exceptionally clean and provided everything needed for your stay. The hosts were gracious and excellent communicators. If we happen to make it back to Alaska, this will be the first place I will check for lodging reservations!
Cute little cabin with views of Denali. Back porch is a wonderful place to relax. We didn’t spend much time there due to wild fires in the area. Very attentive hosts. Cabin was warm and stuffy at night but hostess has bought a fan so perfect for next guests if it’s hot. Cabin had all the essentials needed and directions were wonderful!
We stayed for 2 days as we visited Denali. Stacey and Denver were very helpful answering questions as we prepared for our visit. The cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable- perfect for a couple looking to visit Denali and avoid
the masses around the park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are deeply grateful for the thoughtful hospitality.
The cabin was very nice. The shower in the house was amazing, as was the small kitchen with fridge. The outhouse was kept up nicely as well. We had very spotty internet so we didn't have any entertainment/music. The peace of nature is amazing, but we needed just a little something, and we needed internet to plan our next day of the trip. There was plenty of electricity and hot water for our needs. Overall it was a pleasant night.

So glad everything about the cabin itself was a pleasant stay. We do note in the listing that there is no wifi and limited cellphone service. The cabin has a tv and dvd player with a few dvd's. We also provide a couple of books, Alaska magazines, and a couple of games. If a guest requires additional entertainment in Alaska, it would be wise to bring your own prefered book with you.
Just like it was described, but not quite as remote or off-grid as expected. Heard neighbors dogs barking and had enough cell service to get messages and access the internet. Overall it was a fun alternative to a hotel while at Denali.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. To clarify for other guests, we do not advertise as off-grid. The cabin is a combination of grid run electricity and solar power. We do infact have neighbors that are a quarter mile from the property and have sled dogs. We live immediately next to them and very rarely hear them bark, but they will alert all of us if there are wildlife (ie moose or bear) in the area. That barking is very distant sound and last about 10 minutes only.
Let's start with the important stuff. This place is clean. No, Better than clean, pristine. What about the outhouse? The outhouse is clean, has a pleasant wood scent, no odors of poo or anything else. Cozy, quiet, private, location, but convenient to Denali national park, grocery store, and local restaurants.
The road coming to the cabin was a little rough but just added to the feel you were in the wilderness. The place was well marked and as you turn in you see this board walk leading up to the cabin eith a little stream of water running below it. The cabin lived up to the discription as listed. Very clean and cozy. Even the outhouse. Would have to warn if the conditions were right there may be a mosquito problem as the area is prone to standing water. If you have a sense of adventure and looking for a place with a feel of wilderness and solitude, I would recommend this place. By the way its not that far to Denali National Park.

Thank you for staying at the cabin. I did want to let future potential guest know that the stream/creek is only seasonal. Even now it has almost completely dried up. I didn't want anyone to be disappointed that they did have a creak.
The gravel road although bumpy is good and solid. So if anyone is wondering, you can get in and out with any kind of vehicle.
The cabin is perfect for those who want to be off grid and enjoy the beauty of what Alaska has to offer. It is comfortable and has everything you need. There is a market just south to pick up some groceries so you can cook and/or grill while enjoying the serenity. Though we only spent one night, it was the most memorable of our week long trip driving through Alaska.
The hosts are quick to respond and the experience they create is one of a kind.
Beautiful property and within view of the Alaskan Range
This was a perfect little overnight stay. The property was immaculate and well kept. Everything was well stocked and beautiful. The instructions were thorough and well written. We could see the Alaskan Range from the cabin!! We were hoping for a moose or bear sighting, but no luck there. :) I could be wrong, but I thought I heard wolves in the distance at night?
Wish we didn't have the mosquitoes --- they were a nuisance even though we turned off our vehicle quickly. I would have loved to spend time sitting on the outside porch, but they would have eaten us up. However, I realize that goes with Alaskan territory, too.
The property manager was awesome and they did a terrific job communicating and caring for the cabin. I loved that it supported their missions and I loved that we got a taste for off-grid living.
The cabin was very well appointed, with all the little details that make a place feel special and like home away from home (and set in the middle of the Alaskan wilderness). Convenient to get to/from Denali, but be away even from those "crowds.". The grill and back deck were quiet and wonderful for eating and relaxing. Shower was excellent. Outhouse was clean and well maintained.
Cabin has everything you need and is very comfortable. The heater is silent and heats the room up nicely and quickly. I had 1 bar of service for AT&T and was able to text/call if needed. Highly recommend this property.
We are missionaries to Africa 6 months a year and live in Alaska the other 6 months. We love hunting, fishing, Jesus, America and people. The Lord blessed us with this property as a way to help support our missionary work.
