Chandler condo

PRO’s: Spacious, well equipped, and close to shopping, groceries, restaurants. No adjacent shared wall units. Property management was very prompt and accommodating to requests. Nice nearby Park other side of parking area. CON: Bedrooms have blinds only, no curtains to lessen sunlight/side-street noise.

Really liked the layout. Smoke extinguisher batteries missing. Hard to find with google maps. We had no grille and community grille propane tanks all empty. After complaining owner did purchase us a small electric grip. Thanks so much. Lots of plush towels. Hottub and pool was great. Would come again

Condo was very nice as was pool area. Neighborhood across street was suspect.

Only 2 issues. First was unit location in correct building as address is same for 2 complexes. Second was tv but once we called the situation was corrected immediately.

A good choice

My overall experience was very high. I needed a last minute rental for about five weeks, and this place was a good choice. Very clean and comfortable. The neighbors that live there, are all very nice and pleasant, every time I saw them. The pool was clean and the grill area is nice and close. There is even a very nice park, about a five minute walk away. My one drawback is that there are no screens on any of the windows. I don’t always like the A/C on, but I had no choice here. Other than that, I had a very good stay.
