Pleasant 25 mÂČ studio in a quiet area with private courtyard near the Halles de Merville and the center which can accommodate 2 people. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a complete set of dishes. The main room includes a wardrobe, cupboards, a desk and a BZ sofa bed with coffee table. Studio insalubre, humidité, moisissures, ménage non fait, poussiÚre, toiles d'araignée, restes d'aliments sur la vaisselle, appareils menagers sales, inutilisables, lave-linge absent, pas de détecteur de fumée, fuite des wc et du chauffe eau...etc...nous envisageons de déposer un dossier auprÚs de notre service juridique pour une demande de remboursement partiel, voir total de cette location, ainsi qu'une information auprÚs du service consommateur.
