2 bedroom apartment overlooking the marina with a sea view
100 meters from the beach. Very pleasant residence located in the Marines de Cogolin, at the foot of shops and the beach. Ideally situated for enjoying a stay by the sea in the Gulf of St Tropez.
Residence La Galiote: Apartment/house rental 2 bedroom appartment for 4/6 people, approximately 65 sqm, 100 meters from the beach and 4 km from Saint Tropez. The fully air-conditioned apartment is located in Residence La Galiote facing the marina. The apartment/house consists of a living-dining room with a perfectly equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom also with two single beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a sofa bed in the living room. Very nice east-facing terrace overlooking the marina and the sea, with an electric awning. Apartment amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, Espresso coffee maker, small flat-screen TV, vacuum cleaner.
To be paid on-site: security deposit (1000 euros), tourist tax.
Possibility to rent bed linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for single beds per change, 8 euros for the towel kit.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid upon arrival: 100 euros.
