We loved our stay at this apartment. In our opinion the photos dont show how lovely the apartment is and the location is excellent. The beach is a couple of minutes away and there are excellent restaurant options locally too. Le Lavandou is a short 10 min drive away so you can visit the town and beaches and then retire to the peace and quiet. A perfect stay!

Spacious apartment next to a great beack

We went with 2 kids and the size of the apt was great for that. Fully equipped kitchen and clean nice furniture. The beach is 3min down the road and was not crowded at all while we were there in June. You have the choice of 3-4 different beach clubs where you can rent sunbeds or eat if you wish. Only downside of the apt was the terrace which was not in great shape. We didn’t use it at all.

Appartement très joli et moderne. Juste le parasol de la terrasse à renforcer. A 2 pas de la petite plage d'Aiguebelle et à 15 min à pieds de la Fossette. Commerces et grande plage à Cavalière ou au Lavandou (très belle station). Bormes les mimosas à 15-20 min en voiture. Vacances et emplacement au top !

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in dem Apartment verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden bereitgestellt, die Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert. Den Lärm der Straße hört man innen so gut wie nicht. Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Strand, in ca 3 Minuten ist man dort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Schöner Urlaub garantiert

Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, neu eingerichtet und sehr großzügig geschnitten und lässt insgesamt keine Wünsche offen. Die Klimatisierung macht den Aufenthalt auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen angenehm. Die schöne Bucht mit herrlichem Wasser ist auch in der Hochsaison nicht überlaufen. Als Sahnehäubchen ist das Meer von der Wohnung aus zu sehen. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll der Garagenstellplatz, der in der sommerlichen Hitze ein echtes Plus ist. Fazit: Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Bel appartement

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement Points positifs : -bel appartement avec intérieur refait et moderne ,lumineux et très bien équipé -bien situé avec des plages très sympas accessibles à pieds (aiguebelle,Jean blanc ,la fossette) et 30 minutes à pieds du centre de cavalière par le très beau sentier du littoral -accueil et départ assurés par Audrey qui est très sympa -appartement très propre -beaucoup de restaurants accessibles à pied Points négatifs mais à prendre avec relativité car en rapport avec notre propre sensibilité: -l’appartement est situé près de la route départementale :nous avons trouvé le bruit des voitures très désagréable et présent à l’extérieur surtout ms aussi a l’intérieur même si il est très atténué par le triple vitrage -la chambre parentale est très jolie et originale avec son atrium mais un rideau où un store seraient peut-être bien pour atténuer la lumière le matin au réveil -il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour mais un commerce genre supérette ou boulangerie serait sympa en dépannage Mais tout cela n’a en aucun cas entaché notre séjour qui fut très agréable dans cette région magnifique où nous comptons retourner sans aucun doute!

Cet appartement est idéal. Il est très spacieux (famille de 6 personnes), nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise. Il est à 3 mins de la plage, on a un aperçu de la mer ainsi que des montages à partir de la terrace. La place de parking attitrée est très utile car il est difficile de se garer dans le coin. Le propriétaire est réactif et très conciliant. Audrey qui nous a accueilli le premier et dernier jours est aussi très sympathique. Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de toilettes/bains et serviettes de plage) est fourni et est très propre. C’est un appartement idéal pour passer un bon séjour au Lavandou (seuls les commerces sont un peu éloignés, mais il y a des restaurants). Je recommande sans hésiter l’appartement de John.

We are a professional couple with 3 young girls working in London and living in the Chilterns. We live an active lifestyle combining snowboarding, skiing, gym, swimming and hiking. Time is precious and we like to maximise our family holiday time between our house in Austria and the apartment in France.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for an overseas property next to the sea and spotted this apartment in 2013. It is a few hundred metres from the beach and forms part of a set of apartments previously connected to the Hotel Les Roches opposite, which was a favourite haunt of Hollywood stars in the 1950's. The hotel and the apartments have been renovated to a high standard and with the help of the developer we have created an airy bright apartment with a balcony that looks out onto the sea. The main bedroom has an atrium and is filled with light. The sandy beach is a minutes walk which has a number of beach restaurants, though the lane itself has a host of great restaurants and hotels. Le Lavandou is a buzzing but sophisticated port and town located c 40 mins walk along the coast.

What makes this property unique

The main selling point is the beach which is a minute walk from the apartment which is great for the children. The lane is off the main coastal road and the restaurants and hotels do not get as busy as neighbouring villages. There are beaches within walking distance either side of Aiguebelle which can be accessed either along the rocks in the sea or the cycle path which skirts the coast road.
