I have lived in Albuquerque most of my life and love it because of the wide open spaces. I am a retired retail manager that spent 27 years working for a major retailer. In those 27 years, I really learned how to take care of my guests! I am now doing something I love in providing great experiences for my guests that stay in our home. I have been married to my lovely wife for going on 24 years and have two girls ages 19 and 14. I love to spend most of my free time traveling with my family. We love exploring or spending time at the lake, river, or beach. I pride myself on being available for my guests any time by responding quickly to calls, texts, and emails. I understand how I want to be treated when traveling and know that I have the same standards with my guests.

This is my second short term home in this neighborhood. I absolutely love this neighborhood because it is the neighborhood I live in, and choose to raise my family in. It is one of the safest and most desired neighborhoods in Albuquerque. I also love it because it is convenient to every single thing Albuquerque has to offer. It is only 5 minutes from Balloon Fiesta park, so it is amazing to stay at for the Fiesta! The Hot Air Balloons fly right over the house! The home is also convenient to I-25 (less than a mile) which will take you to Santa Fe or anywhere else you want to visit.

Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, this house is perfect for anyone! This home is also located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Albuquerque.
