House Rules:
- No smoking inside the home.
- No parties or events
- Respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- No deliveries of any kind to the property
- Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.

Pets:
- Dogs are welcome, 40lbs and under.

Fire Pit Rules:
- Fires must never be left unattended.
- Extinguish the fire completely before leaving the area or going inside for the night.
(Water or sand must be used to ensure the fire is fully out)
- Only burn clean, dry firewood. Do not burn trash, plastics, or other materials.

How to Use the Roku TVs:
- Press the Power button on the remote to turn the TV on.
- Use the Home button (house icon) to return to the main Roku menu.
- Navigate using the arrow buttons.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! Such a beautiful home, and it had everything we needed and more. It was conveniently located to various stores, as well as close to the freeway, and was very clean. Communication was excellent, and we can't wait to come back and stay again. I can't recommend enough!

Great location. Close to beautiful park and easy to walk and play with dog. Close enough to our family to make it easy to get together. Good restaurants located near by and suggested by host. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful tea and coffee bar, well stocked. The bed, bedding and towels were great. Would stay here again.

Very responsive host, great amenities for a family get together, lovely home in a good location. We wanted for nothing and any questions we had were promptly answered. Our host checked in on us after we had been there for a little while just to make sure all was well. I would definitely recommend this host and property for your next stay in the Albuquerque area!

Being a host is one of the most fun Karla and I (Mark) have had in a long time. We absolutely love pleasing guest and making their stay super comfortable. We are always looking for new ways to bring thoughtful touches to deliver a memorable experience for our guests. Its a lot of fun! We are full time real estate developers, brokers and real estate investors. When we are not working we are either watching sports or playing with our two German Shepherds and our MinPin, and our lovable rescue.

Why they chose this property

We love the convenience of the neighborhood to the freeway, only 45 minutes to Santa Fe and on 25 minutes to Old Town in Albuquerque, plus Northeast is one of THE very best areas of Albuquerque. Tons of restaurants near abd of course the Balloon Fiesta Park is in walking distance. We also like having Wildflower Park so close to walk to.

What makes this property unique

Our super fine mattresses and linens really stand out. Guests always tell us how comfortable they are. We only use the finest linens, just like the Ritz! Outdoor living is nice too with the outdoor lounge. There is so much we offer
