An amazing location for your beach vacation! This spacious and airy 1600 sq. ft open floor plan home is right on Corn Hill Beach overlooking Cape Cod Bay and gorgeous beach dunes. Imagine unwinding after a beautiful day at Corn Hill Beach, sipping a cocktail and watching a stunning sunset from your elevated screened in porch. Enjoy panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and Pamet Harbor. This beach house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a king size bed, a queen size bed, bunk beds for the kids and a king size day bed. The gourmet kitchen is carefully appointed with everything you need including brand new appliances. The bright and sunny great room is perfect for family game time and relaxing. Amenities include central A/C, washer/dryer, large flat screen TV, WiFi, gas fireplace, outdoor shower and a BBQ grill.

This was our second stay at the beach house in Truro and we love this location! The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked if you enjoy cooking. Will definitely stay there again when we want a fabulous place on the Cape!

The views and location were amazing-a really nice swimming beach. The water was warm and the beach was great for long walks. We love the Outer Cape and this place was near all of our favorite haunts. Having Savory nearby was also a plus! Their baked goods and other options are fantastic! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

A Gem at Corn Hill

Our family has been vacationing at Corn Hill for well over ten years and this was the nicest place we’ve stayed. Clean, comfortable and many thoughtful and considerate touches. We hope to return next year; it’s a beautiful home.

Beautiful property, situated perfectly on Corn Hill Beach. Damon was a great owner, communicative and kind. Truro is a wonderful town and the Outer Cape is ideal for a relaxing week. The house is well equipped with all you need, and everything else within a couple miles. Get to the Farmers Market on Monday, get to Blackfish for the Tuna Bolognese (twice if you can). Can’t wait to come back to the house and area next summer.

The property was clean, and set up for guest success. There were extra towels and linens readily available as well an amount excess of kitchen supplies for cooking which was very helpful for a longer stay.

A lovely place on Corn Hill Beach

A great place for friends or families to stay! Spacious living area and screened in deck with a view of the ocean and a ceiling fan, split AC/heat for each floor, new appliances and a nice assortment of cookware. Beach gear (seats, umbrella) is provided along with a wagon to carry them in. Our only suggestions are for storage/clothes hanging area in the bedroom with the bunks, an extra step to get onto the porch and a step stool to reach upper shelves in the kitchen and the dryer. A member of our group is not tall, and could not reach.We hope to visit again!

Prime location, well maintained and outfitted

As three active adults and a 4 1/2-year-old, we enjoyed all aspects of this property: The easy walk to a beach and calm, warm bay water perfect for sunning, digging, wading, swimming and skipping stones. The house’s beach chairs, towels and umbrella and even a cart for transport were perfect. The house itself is beautiful and well furnished and outfitted with comfy seating and every cooking and beverage amenity imaginable. The quiet air conditioning was much appreciated on a couple of surprisingly hot and muggy days and nights. Our only small quibbles were a non-functional DVD player that should not have been in the listing (we had rented a bunch of movies we were looking forward to watching at night), some electricity glitches in the master bedroom that remained even after the utility company fixed some transformer problems, a mattress that one of us found uncomfortably firm (no top cushioning) and nowhere to put clothing in the second bedroom even without using the bunk beds. We found work-arounds, though, and the location and overall high quality of the property and its amenities made the stay very enjoyable.

The hosts were tremendous and don't ever discount how important that is! Note this house is a HOUSE, not a flimsy cottage. We arrived to gale force winds with driving rain and when the door closed behind us you'd never have known. By evening the storm was gone and the amazing views kicked in. Sunset from the living room? Check. But even better was the short walk to the beach across the street & parking lot for the spectacular big picture! Compared to other Cape stays over the years, we found ourselves dining-in more because the home was great and you just get sucked across the street for the sunsets. The beach was very nice too, so trips to other beaches we'd frequent in the past were few. We'd make a nice breakfast in the well appointed kitchen (bring spices/herbs if you need them, although S&P are provided) and we'd just stroll across the way with the shoulder-strap style beach chairs provided. Lunch or bathroom break needed? Back to the house in maybe 2-minutes? Crazy convenience. The beds were comfy, while the shower/bath had great water pressure and hot water. Towels and sheets seemed new. The HVAC was quiet and unobtrusive and all the windows worked well, bringing in ocean air on beautiful days. Bring your TV app logins for the Roku Smart TV if you like some screen entertainment. Other than that? It's all there and EVERYTHING was ultra clean. I can't put my finger on it, but for some reason we felt instantly at home there. Thanks Lynn & Damon!

Spectacular spot

We were two couples and totally enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the new bedroom on the first floor. It has a queen bed up against the wall and we 75 year olds had a hard time getting in or out.. and there was no place to put our clothes. I figure we were probably an anomaly of your usual visitors as it is perfectly set up for families not two couples. With that being said every other aspect of the house is perfect perfect perfect. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and used ever seating area available to us. The view is amazing, the sunsets were breathtaking, the kitchen is well stocked with beautiful plates, bowls, glasses and wine glasses. it was very very comfortable for the four of us.

Great property, close to the beach, amazing sunsets from the house or on the beach and tucked out of the way on the bayside of Truro. The house had everything you need and owner was super responsive to any question, as well as very welcoming. Easy to get to a number of National seashore beaches or explore both Ptown and Wellfleet.

It's a brochure, it's a postcard, it's the PERFECT Corn Hill Beach House!

No matter where you stay on Cape Cod, you are in for the rest, relaxation, and stunning vistas that you’d expect out of a beach vacation. But in the 20 years that I've been traveling to Truro, I have found that there is something special about this town and something even more special about Corn Hill Beach. The light hits differently there and whether it's high tide or low tide, a day spent at Corn Hill is a day well spent. Your dream beach vacation awaits here, and Damon and Lynn’s Corn Hill Beach House is the whole package. Their home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with the essentials. They also left a bottle of the Cape Blush and two wine glasses from Truro Vineyards and a thoughtful handwritten note. The views are even more beautiful than how they are depicted in the photos. If you’re like me and love mermaids, there is the perfect curation of mermaid related décor in this house as well. Damon made it very easy to keep in touch with any questions and was quick to send assistance when I was snowed into the driveway after the recent blizzard that came through. This trip is exactly what I needed for a solo wintertime getaway, and I hope to return here again in the warmer weather with my husband! Thank you, Damon and Lynn, for sharing your beautiful home with me!

Loved this property!

The house was beautiful with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. We travelled off season in October and the area was very quiet yet the weather still warm enough for some nice beach days. Owner responded immediately to our questions.

We rented this place right next to the beach. Beautiful sunsets, comfortable furniture, good kitchen, cablev tv, wifi and nice beds. Kayaking, bicycling, golf all fantastic. A great week!

Perfect escape

This Corn Hill Beach house was a perfect escape for my family this summer! We absolutely loved the location (can't get much closer to the beach) and the sunset views from the enclosed second floor enclosed porch were spectacular. It had EVERYTHING we needed and the owners were so quick to respond to every request or question. This place is a true gem on the outer cape.
