Private parking. Secured access. Cottage equipped for people with reduced mobility with 1 living room of 38m2 including 1 equipped kitchen + living / dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 Italian shower, 1 WC on the ground floor; Upstairs 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC, all accessible with wheelchair. Sea view and close to the beaches 5 minutes by car, 1km from the city center and its amenities (super markets, Leclerc, Hyper U, Lidl, Netto, municipal swimming pool 700 m away, close to the hiking trails gr 34, 5 minutes from the beaches and from the ferry port of ROSCOFF, 5 MN FROM THE BOAT OF L ile de Batz.

For a large group this is a perfectly placed property with its close proximity to numerous beaches, coves and towns all within short driving distances. St Pol-de-Leon is only a 15 minute walk away and supermarkets 5 minutes by car. The coastline around this part of Brittany is stunning, the beaches vary from fine clean sand to rocky with pools. Ideal location for a family holiday. The hosts are friendly and non-intrusive. There is a view of the sea, an outside deck with BBQ and surrounding hedge to maintain privacy and provide a wind break. There is some play equipment for children which is great, allowing them to let off steam. The accommodation is large enough. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and a separate toilet. Each bedroom has a double bed and there are facilities for babies. The WiFi isn't the fastest but it sufficed for our needs and the TV is large enough with plenty of choice. All in I would recommend if you don't want to do a lot of driving. The port of Roscoff is only 15 minutes away which makes getting here very easy.

Une maison spacieuse et confortable à 2 pas de Saint Pol

Maison très confortable, très propre et bien équipée. Bien placée pour aller découvrir les alentours, un peu à l'écart du centre de Saint-Pol (10 minutes à vélo) et pas très loin des premières plages (5 km). Les extérieurs sont également spacieux. Les propriétaires sont discrets et attentionnés.

Super séjour

Super séjour dans ce gîte tres bien équipé. Il est bien placé au milieu de plein de belles plages et jolies côtes. Et les hôtes sont très gentils et arrangeants.
