Perfect location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with 3 tween/teens. The pools, hot tub, hotel restaurants and beach are a two minute walk away. The kids loved walking to the village and playing Pickleball off site. We will be back!

Wonderful property

We had the best time in St. Simons! The condo was a perfect spot for our family. It was clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was a lovely addition and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and the walk to the beach was easy. My favorite place in Georgia.

This is such a beautiful 3 bdrm/3 ba condo at the King and Prince Resort. The condo is even lovelier than the photo’s online. Had everything we needed - and more - for a great stay. Kitchen is fully stocked. Will be back, for sure!

Beautiful property

The condo is just as pictured, beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and linens were superb. This was our first visit to the King and Prince resort and we loved it! It’s perfect for kids of all ages and adults as well. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The view from the condo was perfect. We would love to return!

Getaway with Mom

Our goal for this vacation was to find a comfortable place on the beach for my elderly mother-in-law to enjoy St. Simons. The condo was perfect. The elevator made it easy for her to the amenities, the view from our balcony was heavenly, and the entire condo was laid out perfectly for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, the smart TVs made it easy for us to watch the Braves and movies, and the WiFi/Cell service was the best we've ever experienced on vacation. We will definitely visit again.

Family reunion at St Simon's

The condo was very nice just like the pictures shown and great view of the ocean. If you sat on balcony you could also hear the ocean...very soothing. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Condo came stocked with paper goods and toiletries. Beds were all very comfortable. Normally the access to the beach was very close and easy to get to but unfortunately that access was closed for repair during our stay...that was the only disappointment during our stay otherwise everyone had a great time. We definitely plan on coming back!

We had a wonderful week! Tremendous to be able to all stay together in one unit! Well supplied kitchen, comfortable mattresses (I need details on these please as they were more comfortable than what I have at home!!), nice height on the master bed, secure door locks (easy for everyone to come and go as they needed), plush towels, clean clean clean everywhere, updated outlets with usb built in, great water pressure in the showers (always important to my husband!!), kid friendly, comfortable lounge chairs on porch, easy check in, ample parking for our large group, nice tv selections, great resort accommodations (pool, clay tennis court, hot tub, easy beach access, restaurant, etc.)---all worked to keep a varied group of folks active and relaxed! A great vacation!!
