About this property

Val Tho, 1 bedroom, on the slopes, parking - 2 other apartments available next door

Beautiful sunny apartment at the foot of the slopes, SOUTH-WEST exposure. 7th floor. Renovated in September 2018, the apartment consists of a bedroom with 3 single beds. The living area has a kitchen area and a dining table that seats 5, a comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2).
You will find quality equipment, wooden ski boot dryer, flat screen, WiFi internet, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue machine.
In addition, the apartment has a large balcony. Covered parking located just in front of the residence is essential if you want to avoid clearing your car at the end of your stay and knowing that it is forbidden to park on the street in Val Thorens.

Direct access to the slopes, all you have to do is collect your equipment in the locker provided for this purpose at the entrance of the building.


We have 2 other apartments Pichu 701 and Pichu 601 of the same type (5pers, refurbished) to offer for rental and also present on shelter.

The ski area is open from November 23, 2019 to May 3, 2020.
Val Thorens is located in Savoie in the Belleville Valley.
It is the highest resort in Europe, the highest point in the Domaine des 3 Vallées.
The latter with its 600kms of slopes is the largest ski area in the world.

Lovely property right on the slopes . Amazing location and perfect for a week away. It didn’t impact the holiday but it would’ve been helpful to have had responses back from the host when I had any questions. I would’ve been happy to translate into English if language was a problem!

Great location overlooking the slopes and good ski in ski out access. Very basic equipment (saucers but no lids) made cooking a challenge. Very small toilet and separate bathroom. Living room radiator did not work despite advise from host. Padlock symbol with “Zugang verweigert” message. Very noisy”party” residence with disturbances every night/early morning

L'annonce ne précise pas que le linge n'est pas inclus. C'est un supplément non négligeable. L'eau du robinet est orangée, pas trÚs appétissant pour le bain. Et on doute qu'elle soit potable. Tout petit détail : un presse agrume électrique serait le bienvenu.

Un emplacement ideal avec une vue sur la montagne

L'appartement bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur le couloir principal de val thorens. L'appartement est bien agencé il dispose de tout les indispensables (casier à ski, lave vaisselle, four, appareil à raclette, télévision,...) le seul bémol est l'acces au wifi qui n'est pas intégré à l'appartement. Le placement est impeccable (au pieds des pistes et pas loin des locations de ski, super-marchés et de la gare routiÚre)

Logement trĂšs agrĂ©able et bien amĂ©nagĂ©, situĂ© idĂ©alement mais la communication avec la propriĂ©taire est compliquĂ©e (questions sans rĂ©ponses, besoin de relancer Ă  plusieurs reprises, heureusement Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, suite Ă  problĂšme de clefs, la propriĂ©taire Ă©tait joignable et la situation s’est vite dĂ©bloquĂ©e). Pas wifi durant la semaine
 les codes nous ont Ă©tĂ© donnĂ©s mais la box n’était pas dĂ©tectable (pas de rĂ©ponse de la propriĂ©taire pas rapport Ă  ce sujet). L’accĂšs aux clefs se fait via une agence immobiliĂšre qui gĂšre une grande partie du village (ouverture Ă  17h uniquement et longue file d’attente Ă©videmment) alors qu’une boĂźte Ă  clefs est situĂ©e sur la porte, l’entrĂ©e pourrait se faire indĂ©pendamment et bien plus simplement

Bien situé, confortable, respect de ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire. Seul bémol, l'agence immobiliÚre qui gÚre la gestion du logement sur place à l'arrivée s'est montrée désagréable voir impolie. En dehors de cela un sans faute ! Merci
