Located in Val Thorens, voted for 7 years "best ski resort in the world", this apartment is a real ski in / out (departure and return) of 33 / 34m² newly renovated with a balcony of 6m² with views of the mountains and dominating the ski slopes. It consists : - a living room equipped with two seats (or beds of 80 * 190), a table for 6 people, a TV and a DVD player and board games, the kitchen area is equipped with a multifunction oven, a dishwasher, an electric hob with hood, a fridge / freezer, a toaster and coffee filter and espresso. - An entrance with plenty of storage, wardrobes and coat hooks and a cot for young children. - a bedroom with a 140 * 190 bed. - a second bedroom with two bunk beds of 80 * 190. - a bathroom with bath and rain shower. - a separate toilet Real skis on the feet (at the start and the return), ski locker, ski-lift departures nearby, close to the P2 car park, the parking on the public road is forbidden in season. The building "The Temples of the Sun" includes: - in the central zone, a mini market (8 to 8), a launderette, a sports shop (offering ski and shoe hire), a restaurant and a concierge service to welcome guests, handing over keys, and inventory (on arrival and departure), also providing cleaning, rental of bedding kits and toiletries (bath towel and towel). This concierge is open until 8 pm, for a later arrival (extra 20 to 40 € to provide). - In the Machu wing a fitness center with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

The location of the apartment gives very easy ski-in ski-out accesss to the slopes. We found it quiet and enjoyed the sunny south facing balcony with a great view of the slopes.

Apartment was fine and clean. The apartment building was full of drunk teenagers banging doors and shouting playing loud music at all hours. With early ski school start with small kids I'd suggest young families stay elsewhere. Location was excellent however and it came with everything we needed. The mini supermarket downstairs was great to have. We are tired but had a great time.

The location is truly ski-in/ski-out, which was excellent. The apartment is small but well equipped and had everything we needed. When we arrived, there were a few maintenance issues (Wi-Fi not working and no towels), and we didn’t receive assistance from the concierge on the first day. However, both the Wi-Fi and towels were eventually resolved (towels after 1 day, Wifi after 2 days). Improving the responsiveness of the concierge service would make the experience even better. Also, I would suggest to clarify the check-in instructions a bit (it was not really clear how to get the key, initially). Overall, we had a good stay.
Very well located flat, just opposite Peclet lift. Very convenient for ski rental, supermarket, both on same building. Flat is comfortable for a family of five. It has plenty of material to cook at home. Really good communication from the owners and agent

Appartment was not very clean, and douche was broken. Location was perfect.
Nice apartment and host with good location. The check in procedure is a little complex given the concierge service and the accommodation does not come with bedding or WiFi but for the price that is fine. Would recommend.
Directly on the slope. Clean apartment with all items you need. Supermarket downstairs is ideal. Only item for suggestion to improve is the temperature of the shower. It is just sufficient for a shower and just too cold for a bath. Furthermore we loved our stay (second year in a row)

Great location, great price, the apartment is very small and could do with a deeper clean
The appartment is perfectly located a calm. Watertemperature of bath/shower is acceptable but a bit chilly. Check in was a bit of a mess and we just accepted the room without cleaning.. luckily the tennants before us left it in an okay condition. The supermarket downstairs is perfect! Oven has no tray/rack inside and missing 2 wheels of the turning base... for us that was no problem since we only made bake-off pistolets in it....
Overall I would recommend this place and balcony with piste view and located next to the skischool Prosneige is perfect

Great location
The location of this little apartment is fantastic. Right on the slopes, with a balcony that caught the sun in the afternoon. Two bedrooms accommodated our family of 4 nicely. There is a full sized fridge with cooking facilities.
We had a few issues with check-in. The concierge service missed a message we had sent on the previous day. We went to the apartment with the key safe number provided after 5pm to find that the apartment had not been cleaned and dirty bedding in the bath still. After having carried every up and into the apartment we were told we had to take everything out and wait for it to be cleaned. To be fair to the process, they cleaned it promptly and offered free storage of our luggage whilst we waited (this wasn't practical as we had driven so had lots of stuff in bags etc so we ended up waiting in the corridor).
The building that the apartment is in has a small hire shop for ski stuff which looked nice. There is a restaurant and a small supermarket. Just up the road is a nice bakery. The parking is really close.
We were into our second week of a ski holiday and had planned to wash our clothes. Unfortunately the building's laundrette was out of action and we were told that it was for the foreseeable future. We ended up handwashing our stuff.
Overall a perfectly adequate apartment in a fantastic location that comfortably accommodated our family of 4.

Appartement très agréable, un seul trousseau de clefs pour 6 personnes, difficile à gérer. La personne responsable de l'appartement durant le séjour ne répond pas lorsque l'on a besoin d'elle et n'était pas sur place lors de notre demande.

Le casier à skis est effectivement un peu juste au delà de 4 skieurs et il faut bien ranger le matériel; j'avais personnellement rencontré cette difficulté lorsque j'allais aux sports d'hivers avec mes enfants. Je n'avais pas réussi à obtenir un casier plus grand.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé sur les pistes. L'appartement est bien agencé mais la salle de bain a besoin d'un rafraichissement (mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de nous laver). La communication est aisée avec le propriétaire qui a assuré que la salle de bain serait refaite prochainement. Nous y retournerons certainement.
Séjour très agréable avec mon petit fils. L' appartement se trouve au pied des pistes et des écoles de ski. Logement propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé avec sa salle d'eau un peu vieillotte mais pratique avec sa baignoire pour les jeunes enfants. Ca terrasse avec une vue imprenable magnifique! Merci pour les luges qui sont à disposition !
Un grand merci au service de conciergerie pour sa disponibilité avec notre arrivée tardive !

Emplacement idéal pour le ski au pieds. Appartement très bien équipé, confortable et agréable à vivre.
Seul bémol le ménage etait pas fait et il a fallu passer 3 heures à tout nettoyer y compris la vaisselle…
Appartement très bien placé, ski au pied. Spacieux pour une famille. Propriétaire tres aimable et check in et out très simple. La seule chose a redire, salle de bain trop vetuste mais encore fonctionel.
Appartement pour 4 personnes (adultes) idéalement situé, calme, au pied des pistes ! Il est bien équipé, avec une terrasse (vue sur les pistes) bien exposée sans oublier le casier à ski.
Tous les services sont proches : laverie, huit à huit, pizzeria et proche de la passerelle nous permettant que nous rendre dans le centre animé de Val Thorens.
Bonne et agréable communication avec les propriétaires et la conciergerie.
