About this property

Traditionnal house, montain view, garden, calm, close to all amenities.

As we don't live there all year long, we let our holidays house. We hope you will have as much good time as we can have in the Pyrénées.

Located on top of a dead end path, close to fields and forest, it is a very quiet place with a great view on mountains although no more than 10 minutes by foot away from Luz village center.

The house has "cottage" atmosphere.

Be aware there is a lot of stairs in the house. Barriers are available to secure young children.

As we don't live nearby, we use a very friendly concierge service. Anyway, we will be available by phone or email and glad to advise or help you.

Nous avions déjà loué ce chalet en avril 2022. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme du chalet, de sa vue sur les montagnes, de ses environs et de ses produits locaux. Nous avons donc décidé de revenir sur les lieux en avril 2024. Nous avons à nouveau apprécié. Super week-end en famille inoubliable

Une location très bien équipée et propre Des propriétaires vraiment agréable et soucieux de leurs locataires. Une location avec une jolie vue sur la ville car elle est en hauteur , la route est du coup en pente pour y accéder mais rien de compliqué Merci aux propriétaires

Summer in Luz

Overall the property is in a great location and is of a very good size. There is easy access to the town's facilities albeit up/down a fairly steep hill! The property can accommodate a lot of people, however the living areas especially the kitchen could do with being larger/better layout. The property could do with some general updating in terms of bathrooms and sleeping areas but was competitively priced for the time of year etc. The storage space is very useful for cycles etc and the owner arrangements and communication was clear. The garden is much more limited than it looks, again some maintenance of the fencing is needed - children be careful! One other upgrade would be the addition of WiFi as this is of great use when planning activities in the area etc.

La maison est bien équipée, grande avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour en famille. Le village est à 5 minutes à pied. Les propriétaires sont bienveillants et réserve un bon accueil. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour avec un temps magnifique.
