Very quiet apartment on the ground floor of 45 m² including a dining room, a living room / bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with wc, a laundry room, a covered terrace and a shaded terrace. Free access to the garden. A young child is accepted (high chair and cot available) at no extra charge. Parking is across the street (very secure) and you have access to a shared swimming pool and tennis 10 minutes' walk away.
