Pretty recent villa in a very quiet area, 2 km from the beaches of Saint-Cyprien and its International Golf. Small shopping center at 700 m (Intermarché, Casino, Marie Blachere, Biocoop, hairdresser, Weldom etc ..) Direct access to the fast lane (10 minutes from Perpignan, Collioure and 30 minutes from Spain) The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 ground floor (bed 160x200) a living room (decoration seaside) open kitchen and fully equipped a toilet all overlooking a garden with swimming pool, deckchairs, garden furniture. The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms (140x200 beds), a bathroom (corner bath) and a toilet. Garage and parking possibilities in front of the house.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour en famille, la maison est conforme à la description. Quelques imprécisions sur des détails comme l’alarme de la piscine ou autre mais rien d’alarmant. La propriétaire est très disponible et une très bonne communication avec elle. Juste faire attention avec des enfants en bas âge.

Sehr schönes, top dekoriertes Ferienhaus

Die Vermieterin Stéphanie war super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie war für uns telefonisch/ per SMS während des Aufenthalts erreichbar. Auch der Check-In und Check-Out waren einfach und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt - mitten in einer Wohnsiedlung und die Nachbarschaft ruhig. Im EG des Hauses befindet sich die Küche, die sich mit dem Wohn-/ Essbereich einen Raum teilt. Ein Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette befinden sich ebenfalls auf der Etage. Die Toilette im EG hat jedoch kein Waschbecken. Eine Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist super schön dekoriert mit Pflanzen und Accessoires. Im OG befinden sich 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette. In einem Schlafzimmer, das ehemals ein Kinderzimmer war, befinden sich auch ein paar Spielsachen, die genutzt werden dürfen. Ein weiterer Raum ist privat von der Vermieterin genutzt und abgesperrt. Klimaanlage ist im OG leider keine, weshalb es durchwegs sehr warm war. Im Badezimmer ist eine Eck-Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken, Dusche gibt es keine. Im Garten befindet sich der wunderschöne Pool sowie ein paar Pflanzen außenherum. Der Pool und die Pflanzen lassen sich beleuchten. Zudem befinden sich ein Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen und ein Weber-Gasgrill zur Benutzung im Garten. Zwei Katzen sind gelegentliche Gäste, weshalb der vorhandene Trog mit dem gestellten Futter immer gefüllt werden sollte. Die Katzen sind jedoch sehr scheu und kommen meist nur zum fressen, wenn man selbst nicht im Garten ist. Nach dem fressen sind sie dann auch wieder verschwunden. Also kein Problem für Allergiker (wie ich selbst einer bin). Stechmücken waren leider das größere Übel (wofür die Vermieterin aber nichts kann). Ein Privat-Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus (vor der Garage). Die Garage wird von der Vermieterin als Abstellraum genutzt und kann deshalb nicht befahren werden. In der Garage befindet sich die Waschmaschine. Reist man mit mehr als einem Auto an, so findet man Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden, ebenso wie Föhn, Glätteeisen und sämtliche Küchenutensilien. Teller, Gläser und Tassen sind alle in gutem Zustand. Leider sind das Besteck und die Töpfe ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Fazit: Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit einem Stern Abzug für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (z.B. keine Dusche und kein Waschbecken unten). Bzgl. Sauberkeit war der Boden nicht so sauber gewischt - alles andere ok.

Location très agréable

Maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle avec piscine très appréciable en quartier très calme. Des imprécisions dans l'annonce : l'accès à la mer nécessite un véhicule (2km sur l'annonce mais plutôt à 6km). Par ailleurs, les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournies et le garage n'est pas accessible mais parking facile pour 2 voitures dont une sur l'allée du garage. Sinon, centre commerciaux et toutes commodités à proximité immédiate et position centrale idéale pour les visites Collioure, Saint Cyprien, Argelès-sur-Mer...etc... Notre séjour (famille de 5 personnes) a été fort agréable et l'hôte est à l'écoute et répond rapidement.

Superbe séjour

Une maison très agréable à vivre, décorée avec gout, très bien équipée, idéale pour 6 personnes. Nous avons été très bien reçus et notre hôte est restée disponible et a notre écoute tout au long de notre séjour . La maison est à proximité de nombreux commerces et des plages aux alentours si toutefois la piscine ne faisait pas le bonheur des occupants.

Schoene Abende am Pool

Sehr schoenes Ferienhaus, umfassend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Pool und Terrasse sind klasse. Ruhig gelegen und doch zentral, zwei Supermaerkte in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher check-in und check-out. Wir hatten eine sehr schoene Zeit und kommen gern wieder.
