Pretty new house very bright

New house with a large very bright living room opening onto a wooden terrace around the house. Fully equipped American kitchen with central island. 2 beautiful bedrooms with double bed and integrated cupboard, 1 of which overlooks the terrace. A bathroom with bath, 2 basins and 1 walk-in shower. A cellar with a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer. The house also has a garage for storing bikes if necessary. You will be 15 minutes from La Rochelle and 20 minutes from the Ile de Ré bridge. The town has a grocery store open every day and Sunday morning as well as a supermarket 5 minutes away.
