Absoultely fantastic property. Check in was extremely easy as we were met at the property by Ingrid. Very private and not overlooked garden and pool. Large spaceous living room with good size bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Excellent location, very close to La Rochelle and beaches. Would definitely reccommend.

Great stay in La Rochelle

The house was really well equipped and the bikes were great to get to the centre of La Rochelle using the safe cycle ways. We also walked to La Rochelle several times which took about 35 minutes. The pool was lovely and nice to cool off at the end of the day. Will definitely go back again

We had a fantastic stay here, the host was great, the house was perfect and in a fantastic location. We were very sad to leave.There are 4 bikes available for resident's use which is great and bikes are definitely the best way to get around La Rochelle (about a 20' ride into the town centre). We did bring two of our own bikes as we weren't sure if the bikes would suit our 12 year old daughter and we're glad we did as the bikes would have been just a little too big for her. The pool is fantastic and our girls were rarely out of it when we were at the house. It is a deep pool though at around 1.5m with no shallow end but it does have slightly raised sides which you can kind of stand on. We don't like to go back to the same places twice but if we did we would return here in a heartbeat.

Endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances reposantes à proximité de la ville. Celle-ci tres facile d accès grâce aux vélos mis à disposition. Belle piscine et tout le nécessaire pour bien profiter. A recommander.

Lieux où on se sent bien tout de suite, très intime et très calme. Emplacement idéal pour toutes les commodités ( commerce, piste cyclable, centre ville). Studio attenant au gîte non indiqué sur l’annonce qui aurait pu nous intéresser. Prestation très complète.

Très bon séjour

La famille et moi avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. La maison est propre, claire et agréable. La piscine a une bonne taille. Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. La bibliothèque est remplie de bons livres Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis chez nous. L’emplacement est idéal : dans un quartier calme et en même temps près du centre ville. Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à sortir en ville à vélo pour allee au marché, à la plage où tout simplement faire un tour en ville. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa.

La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût. Elle est de plus très fonctionnelle, tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. La piscine est très agréable et très bien exposée. Le centre ville de La Rochelle est accessible rapidement et il y a même des vélos à disposition pour éviter de prendre la voiture. Beautiful well located holiday home

The house was equipped with everything and more. The garden was very private and the swimming pool was a huge hit. Close to supermarkets, canal walks, canoeing, and a short bus journey into city centre. All in all we had a great family holiday with two boys aged 7 and 10.

Nous recommandons chaleureusement la location de cette maison. Elle est idéalement située au calme, à proximité des commerces à pied ou à vélo (mis à disposition par les propriétaires) et quelques minutes en voiture du port de La Rochelle. Un accueil très agréable nous a été réservé. La maison est très confortable, décorée avec goût et rien ne manque pour passer de belles vacances. Le beau temps nous a permis de profiter de la piscine, et de la terrasse durant tout notre séjour ainsi que de ballades à vélo, visite de La Rochelle et de l'île de Ré. Nous recommandons sans retenue cette location et ne tarderons pas nous mêmes à y retourner.

un pur bonheur !

Cela fait plusieurs années que je loue cette maison tant elle est parfaite ! Elle est au calme tout en étant très proche du centre ville de la Rochelle et des commodités tels que le supermarché, les accès voies rapides pour partir en excursions, le canal pour de belles ballades le soir.... La maison est très fonctionnelle, on s'y sent chez soi ! Tout est à disposition du lave linge, au lave vaisselle à la plancha ...tout ! Nous pouvons emprunter un livre, écouter un CD, recopier une recette ....emprunter les vélos,... Et que dire de la piscine, elle est très bien. La maison est très propre car avant notre arrivée une personne passe pour refaire le ménage, une autre vient tous les samedis pour l'entretien de la piscine et des espaces verts ... L'espace de vie est très grand, agréable à vivre.... Bref un vrai bonheur !!

Location très agréable qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Location très propre et spacieuse, idéale pour une famille de 4 à 5 personnes. Nous avons été accueillis de manière très chaleureuse et avons reçu tous les renseignements relatifs à la location et aux activités proposées dans la région.
