The beaches of Ramatuelle and Pampelonne are less than 15 minutes by car and the closest beach to the property, the large PORT GRIMAUD beach is 500m away.

Golf enthusiasts can satisfy their passion by going to the famous Golf de Beauvallon which adjoins the residence.

Sehr schöne Villa in toller Lage

Die Villa ist nicht nur sehr schön sondern auch sehr funktionell. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Von den Nachbarn bemerkt man kaum etwas. Der Poolbereich ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Die vorhandene Sicherheitstechnik gibt ein gutes Gefühl. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einer perfekten Umgebung.

Villa superbe sur les hauteurs de GRIMAUD

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en Aout 2022 dans cette villa située dans un domaine privé et sécurisé sur les hauteurs de PORT-GRIMAUD L'architecture de la villa est impressionnante: les pièces de vie sont immenses et baignées de lumière par la présence de très grandes baies vitrées permettant une très belle vue sur la mer et la campagne environnante Très grande cuisine fonctionnelle avec un équipement pléthorique et de qualité Superbe suite parentale à l'étage avec une vue magnifique Grande et belle piscine chauffée de 12 mètres située dans un grand parc arboré avec terrain de pétanques pour les amateurs La décoration est épurée mais très élégante Nous avons été accueillis par Brigitte et Stéphane dont nous tenons à souligner l'extrême gentillesse et la disponibilité dont ils ont fait preuve tout au long de notre séjour Pour résumer: une semaine magnifique dans un environnement exceptionnel! Nous reviendrons!

super découverte

Très belle villa très propre et très fonctionnelle. Nous étions en famille et nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Nous avons toutefois regretté la non accessibilité au garage et une des chambres était trop petite et non-climatisée. Notre petit-fils dormait avec ses parents... Dommage...
