Beautiful location

Lovely villa in a gorgeous setting. It really only sleeps 10 adults and 4 children though. It really should be air conditioned throughout and there was a bit of an ant issue. The pool was fantastic and the adult rooms were lovely. Having chairs on the balcony’s would have been a bonus. You couldn’t use the umberellas around the pool in a slight breeze and shade really was essential. We would definitely stay there again. Missing the views already.

Wunderschönes Anwesend, was leider nach einigen Jahren bisschen mehr Pflege und Restaurierung braucht. FĂŒr uns persönlich war es sehr mangelhaft, dass keine Fliegengitter funktionierte. Wenn die repariert sind, kommen wir gerne wieder :-)

LÀget mycket bra, bra utrustning . Mycket trevlig Àgare som mötte upp vid bÄde inflyttning och utflyttning. Kan rekommenderas som ett perfekt sommarhus att hyra.

PrivatsphÀre und Platz an einem guten Ort...

Ein guter Pool, eine unschlagbare Aussicht und genĂŒgend Platz. Restaurants und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Meine Familie besteht aus 4 Personen und wir konnten eine sehr angenehme AtmosphĂ€re genießen. Einige Dinge sind nicht positiv, wie der StraßenlĂ€rm, der ziemlich laut ist, und der Verkehr wird durch die Staus ziemlich erschwert (Ausgehen mit dem Auto ist Geduldssache). Mehrere GlĂŒhbirnen im Haus fehlen oder sind beschĂ€digt, die HandtĂŒcher sind etwas alt und die BettwĂ€sche-Sets sind sehr begrenzt. Im Allgemeinen ist das Haus gepflegt und die Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Praktisch alle Böden im Haus sind aus Marmor, was ihm ein luxuriöses GefĂŒhl verleiht und es etwas kĂŒhler macht. Es gibt genĂŒgend Platz um mehrere Autos zu parken, die Pflanzen und der Pool sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tipps: Bringen Sie einen guten MĂŒckenschutz mit, es gibt viele Ameisen, daher mĂŒssen Sie mit Ihrem Essen vorsichtig sein.

Endroit magnifique....mais bruyant Potentiel extraordinaire, mais vieillot car tĂ©lĂ©s encore avec dĂ©codeurs de chaine, Ă©lectros mĂ©nagĂ©s mĂȘme Ă©tat, linge de maison, Ă  part quelques serviettes, beaucoup servi, des fourmis Ă  chaque rĂ©veille, plaque gaz HS pas de gaz, commande de portail et autres fonction HS, clim pas dans toute la maison comme indiquĂ©, voir mĂȘme compliquĂ© dans deux chambres et d'autres petites imperfections, voila pour les choses nĂ©gatives. Piscine, gĂ©nial et super bien entretenu, idem pour la partie jardin, proximitĂ©s de tous commerces et autres, cadre et environnement Ă  coupĂ© le souffle, maison fonctionnelle bien isolĂ© quand tout fermĂ©, agrĂ©able et convivial pour famille et proche. SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able pour l'ensemble de mes proches et moi mĂȘme, Ă  refaire avec quelques petits travaux et amĂ©nagements sans soucis.

La plus belle vue du golf

Maison trĂšs imposante au style unique a la sortie de Ste Maxime sur la Croisette. TrĂšs agrĂ©able car naturellement fraĂźche mĂȘme l’étĂ© avec le marbre. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec 1 salle de bain et 1 dressing par chambre. Piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement, douche Ă  jets, sauna la maison est Ă  elle mĂȘme un spa. Les propriĂ©taires trĂšs sympa vous accueilleront et vous feront sentir comme chez vous. Vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Fantastic Villa with a breathtaking view over the bay and St. Tropez

We very much enjoyed our stay in this villa. We spent two weeks a a family of 4 and had lots of joy with the great pool , the fantastic view and the villa itself . Very friendly landloards , responded always very fast And helpful to every request. Can absolutely recommend and will definitely come back
