We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo.

What a beautiful condo. The whole complex was so well taken care of. Everything is so clean. The pools were always clean, one is heated. Even the guards were helpful. A swim up bar, beautiful beach, and very helpful employees. Great places to eat outside the complex. I highly recommend this place. Our host Boan was the best, very pleasant, and accommodating . He texted to make sure everything was good. We couldn't ask for more.

The room was as advertised. Clean and well appointed. The patio was large with commanding views of the pool area, beach, and the gulf. The beds were very comfortable. Check in and out could not have been easier. Everything we needed was there, even coffee! And they have a water cooler with 5 gallon bottles on hand. . Strong internet made surfing a breese. There was even internet by the pool! TV had the usual local channels, some US news channels, as well as Netflix. The grounds were firstrate, everything spotless. The staff were very good and helpful at answering any questions we may have had and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. There is a restaurant with a bar on site (the pool has a swim up bar! How cool?), as well as a small store that carried most of the items you may have failed to pack. We all had a great time and would definitely book here again. The only downside to our trip is that we didn't plan enough time. None of us wanted to leave. But we'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Sonoran Sun penthouse in December. The two bedroom unit on the 7th floor was clean, spacious, and set up nicely, with incredible views that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The penthouse layout provided plenty of room to relax and made the experience feel both comfortable and special.Boan was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. He was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place at Sonoran Sun.

We loved this condo!!! The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo is spacious, clean, and well appointed. In the morning we walked barefoot on the beach for miles and then had breakfast in the little cafe downstairs - really, can't ask for more. Would love to return at some point.

Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have occurred in Rocky Point. We first stumbled upon this incredible place over 20 years ago. My parents were going to build a house on a lot they had just purchased. We went to rescue them from making a mistake in Mexico and ended up falling in love with Rocky Point. 8 properties later we've made it our quest to share what we have discovered with others. ​

We are not a large corporation to which you are just a number, we endeavor to help each of our guests have an unforgettable experience, a reason to come back again and again.
